I’m so glad to see more new videos!!! I have been a member of Team Body Project for 2 years and I absolutely love all of you! I’ve lost 131 lbs with your workouts, fasting, and a calorie deficit. Even though I’m at my target weight my battle isn’t over so I use your workouts to help me maintain my healthy lifestyle. I can’t thank you all enough! Wow 131lbs is great! That achievement proves that one does not have to spend hours and hours in the gym. Just half an hour to an hour daily and a balanced diet can make a world of difference. Congrats! I lost around 50lbs in my first year of doing TBP workouts "full time". I've had my ups and downs but I've kept the rhythm. Keep it up!
I just love how Kristen in (pink Pants) has been consistent in the videos and I am glad to be part of the journey and I have seen her body get fitter by day.Shes my motivation.
I’m glad you guys are posting again. You were the first workouts I did when I started my fitness journey. I’ve joined a gym now and fitness is part of my daily life now. I haven’t done one of your workouts in a while and doing this one reminded me how far I’ve come. Please keep posting. I truly love your workouts.
I am not sure of the beautiful lady in all black but it is soooooo good to see her again. She motivated the hell out of me with the mish mash work outs when i first started this journey.

Unfortunately I can't afford a membership atm so I was happy to see this video pop up. I'm just gonna say it..... I LOVE Hollie. She is fantastic! This was an excellent workout that truly worked all parts of the body in a concise, fun, doable way. I hope to get to work out with Hollie again in other videos.
Great workout and I think Holly is a perfect fit for the team! I would love to see another similar to this but with descending times. This kind of blend of strenght and cardio is my fave!!!

I was so excited to see a new video from ya'll pop up, though I don't know why I didn't get the notice when it did being I'm subscribed to all notifications. Anywho, I love the mashups they are my absolute favorite! I also liked this instructor a lot. Her and the other ladies seemed to have a great repertoire. Loved it!

I am big fan of Team body project and lost 40 lbs but unfortunately i developed knee artheritis due to over use of knees and now I couldn't even do low impacts as it starts creating inflammation... I really miss doing these.. i am just 35😢
