I started with one of your beginner workouts one year ago, I was at 202 pounds 5’1. I barely made it each time!😩 but I kept it up every day with a 30 minute walk after. I can proudly say I am currently 142 pounds! Thank you so much, I owe so much to your encouragement and workout! 👍
I love this channel, but what I love the most is that these are real people exercising. On other channel we only see people already super fit, doesn't seem quite real or relatable. Cool workout!
We absolutely love having real members in our workouts...we make the workouts for EVERYBODY, not just other fitness coaches - our real members like Tarsh, Kristen, Angie, Wade and Lisa are rock stars and we love them!
@@AZOrchid, that is so true! I didn't complete a lot of videos because I had to think to much about all the movements that I had to do. And it really bored me. I want to exercise, not over think all the crazy movements of crazy workouts.
this is the first time working out hasn't felt like punishment to me, the encouraging words, the cheerful attitude, not feeling like i have to compare myself, thank you so much for the work you do
He was right when he said "starting is the hardest part" and he is right, today I was like "ugh, I dont wanna do this" now that I'm done I'm like "I'm glad I did that"
Daniel makes me think of a phrase that I love so much I printed it on a shirt: exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not punishment for what you ate.
LOVE THIS! We shouldn't use exercise as punishment, we should do it with love and because we love ourselves. Also, any progress is still progress! As long as we show up every day, even if it's 15 mins or we take breaks it's still okay and we should still be proud of ourselves.
@@MiissSLG If you love it what is there to be proud of in doing it? I play guitar most days because I enjoy playing guitar and making music. I don't feel particularly 'proud' when I finish songs, but I can understand why others do. If you're doing exercise explicitly advertised as 'fat burning' (and I'm not even going to get into that...) then surely any pride should associated with progress there?
seeing women whose body is like mine makes me feel so much better when i'm working out, i always feel put down when i see a girl in great shape working out and able to do all the exercises i feel outta place so thank u
I wanted to cry at times during this video. His messages hit my core. Day one to working out and make positive changes to my health and to live longer. I love this video. Blessings for sharing this. I am grateful for you.
Lo Jo, having a plus sized person doing the workout proves that it can be done. I recently saw a workout with two skinnies who had to stop and rest DURING THEIR OWN WOROUT! I couldn't understand how they could advocate a routine that they themselves couldn't do.
I was diagnosed with cancer last September. I had surgery, chemo and radiation. I finished my treatment May 15th. I am 59 years and it took a lot our of me. However, I am cancer free!! A few weeks after the completion of my treatment, I started walking every day. My husband found Body project about 6 weeks ago. I complete a workout about 5 times a week. My energy level is back and my cardio level is getting so much better. I walk 3-4 miles a day. I love the way I feel like the people exercising are regular people trying to get fit. Daniel and Alex are so engaging! My favorite saying is " it doesn't matter how many times you push pause, let's all finish together." Thank you so much for helping me regain my fitness, Alex and Daniel!
I discovered these videos and I’ve done one each day for 3 days now. And I HATE exercise. This guy seems really kind and motivating and breaking everything down into 30-45 second segments makes the time just FLY by and I really think that’s the most important thing to get me to actually DO the thing, lol.
I’m a 19 year old living with chronic fatigue, it’s easy for me to feel like my body lets me down sometimes but this workout and the words about how amazing the body is really pushed and inspired me - I think this may have given me a much more positive outlook on exercise, thank you!!
Try to go to sleep earlier. I'm 19 as well and I suffered form chronic fatigue due to my distorted sleep pattern when I would stay up all night on the Internet and sleep all day and then I would have tog et up and do things during the day as well
thanks for the reply!! I have tried that as I had a bad sleep pattern and did some research into "sleep debt" and how it can affect you but unfortunately it hasn't seemed to help and my fatigue is still super present but I'm really glad it worked for you :)@@hannahpocock4152
As soon as the work out ended, I broke down. I just started crying. I’m not new to working out but I’m a stay at home mom and have been struggling to keep up with my regular work outs. It took everything in me to do this work out today but I did it. Everything he was saying through out just hit me. I’m strong, I’m a warrior & I will remember this tomorrow. Thank you for this 🙏🏼
I cried probably 3 times during this workout. Not because it hurt or because I was tired, it was because this coach empowered me so purely that his words really did push me through the entire thing. I have never worked out like this in my life and I’m trying to lose 40 lbs... this workout showed me I do have it in me, that I’m not lost inside this body. I am strong and I will prevail and this video was a godsend. Thank you so much you have no idea how much that helped kick start my journey!
You've got this! I dropped 50 since March just logging my food, avoiding everything packaged or restaurant made and waking 5 days a week. Nothing has been so easy once i just thought about health not weight. Cheering for you from 🇨🇦
Yes! How long did it take for you to achieve your results? How often did you do the workouts? Congrats! I want to lose 20 pounds before my birthday at the end of August.
Kirsten love Navarro So she said that she eats in a calorie deficit which just means that she burns more calories in a day than she eats. You can go to calculator.net, find your BMR rate which is how many calories you burn in a day, and then they will tell you how many calories you need to eat a day in order to lose weight. Then you can use a calorie tracker like My Fitness Pal to enter all the food you’ve eaten in a day to stay within your goals. I’ve lost 7 pounds so far doing the same thing and I’ve been at it for 19 days so far. I’ve been able to eat what I want but just in smaller portions.
This is my 3rd or 4th workout from you guys and I just have to say how incredible this guy is. The ladies are amazing too, but this man is POWERFUL with his words. So thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed that AND needed it. It’s the second time I cried during the cool down because of his words, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you. It may sound pathetic to some but that was truly amazing. Thank you thank you thank you.
I love him as well he gives me courage to keep going I stopped working out 2 years ago once I found out I was pregnant and I wish I would have kept going I got to almost a month
i'm actually kind of emotional. this is probably the first time in months where my body has enjoyed moving, where i haven't just felt obliged to exercise or move to burn off calories. usually before and after certain workouts i have no energy, no willpower and no enjoyment, but this changed something. for the first time i kind of love my body.
Me too! I thought I wasn’t going to like this video and give up before even being halfway, but something about this mans motivational words and the types of workouts he was showing made me keep going and actually enjoying it.
This was the most uplifting workout I have ever done. There is a lot of body shaming out there and a lot of "make your body look better!" and this was the complete opposite. After this workout, I was almost in tears (and not just because of the hard work) because it made me so grateful for what my body does for me no matter the shape or size. I don't know that my comment will be read, but I hope you know how much good you are doing in the world. Thank you.
I agree. Sometimes I get tired of seeing super thin women doing these videos, because it *usually* means that someone like me won't be able to keep up. But seeing more body representation, having fun, and talking about joyful movement is great.
Me during this workout: Calories burned: 320 kcal Time: 00:30:05 Average pulse: 147 bpm Maximum pulse: 188 bpm Extreme: 5 min Anaerobic: 8 min Aerobic: 7 min Fat burning: 6 min Warm up: 1 min Data colected from my fitness bracelet. Conclusion: perfect way to start the day!
i commented yesterday too. i came back again today and i literally have NO clue where 30 mins flew by. thank u so much. all the best to everyone working on themselves. you are already halfway there.
Hey there! I'm a 20 year old girl that has had body hatred and image issues for as long as I can remember :( I've never let my insecurities show in front of my friends and family but, I've always wished to have a healthier weight and lifestyle. I've been trying many workout routines for the past 5 years but in the end, I've always lost my motivation and stopped midway. This past period of quarantine and pandemic, I realized I needed to find my will again and stick with something for the long term. That's when I came across your channel and videos a month ago and I loved the positivity and good vibes coming from your encouragement words. So, today marks 22 days since I started working out again through your videos and I've been able to lose 5 kg ( ~ 11lbs) and hoping to lose more while also being careful of the food I consume. Thank you so much! You and your team are an inspiration ♥ ( Just for reference : I'm 170 cm tall ( 5.57 ft) and my beginning weight was 90 kg ( 198 lbs).....now I'm done to 85 kg (187 lbs) )
Love that Kristen is in the video! Seeing someone who looks like me and isn’t naturally amazing at all these moves is so inspiring and makes this video less intimidating! Plus the gentleman who directs it is amazing as well! So motivatingggg even if you can’t do everything they’re doing! Appreciate people and videos like this sm! 💙
I COMPLETED this workout today. I'm 217lbs and I've lost 21 pounds over several months if lite and inconsistent exercise. Today I decided to try this, a more complex and longer "beginner" workout. THE WAY I GROWLED AT MY TV AT 15:27 in. 🤣 I had to break for about 5 minutes but I completely the video. I gave it my all. The way you speak, encourage, and offer the modification kept me going. I SURVIVED. Be back again 🥰
I totally feel you! when I was starting to do this workout I cant manage to complete the whole 45 sec of starjump and now I can do the jumping jacks and from that moment I really started to feel the impact.
At the beginning of lockdown I was weighing 117kg. Thanks to these videos as well as outdoor exercise and better diet, I'm now down to 105 and counting! Thank you very much, this is life changing stuff
after such a difficult year dealing with the pandemic, i really struggled to nurture my mental health and take care of my body. Thanks for a non-judgemental workout plan that eases my body back into moving. Bit cheesy, but its true. i need this positive influence.
After severe depression, post partum anxiety I have gained so much weight. But here I am starting my day one. I hope I can keep it up I’m going to work hard! My son is not a toddler so I have to be able to keep up with him!
I cried after realizing that I was able to finish the workout without resting.. I'm emotionally hurt for being overweight my entire life.. Im 34 and happily married but im still incomplete.. I want to bear a child .. I want to experience how to become a mother.. I will continue to watch your videos and work out.. thank you for inspiring me to keep pushing myself to be healthy and fit. Godbless you.
Love these whole-body workouts. Love that I can push myself yet slow down and got at my own pace when I need to. Love that the ladies show harder options for as I get better in shape.
I’m surprised how much I enjoyed this. I normally flake out of exercise vids at 5-10 mins, and I also haven’t exercised for a while, but I did this whole thing. I think it was your constant non-judgemental encouragement and reminders that our bodies are amazing, it was like that alone re-energised me the whole workout. It felt really good to finish.
I too feel like I'm getting nothing in return, so I've been away from TBP for a bit. Today, no transportation to gym, didn't feel like just pumping some iron (lol) and recumbent and treadmill. Boy, I had to look through MANY because I felt so out of shape for full body aerobics! Need to do these at least once a week.
You said you like to read comments: I absolutely hate exercise - it gives me no joy or satisfaction, sorry just being honest. I stick at it because I know I need to. Thank you for your words Daniel - they make me cry because I don't feel my body is anywhere close to what you say. Will continue at this level because I can cope and will (begrudgingly) come back. Thanks for keeping it real for us.
You're winning Jenny - as long as you come back tomorrow, I'm happy. It takes time to develop a passion for exercise, and not everybody can enjoy it as much as others - however, as long as you develop a passion for your magnificent body - I'm happy :)
@@sday2551 Thanks. Been doing all the Real Start and beginner workouts since the start of April so would hope I could relate by now but still just going through the motions. At least I'm sticking at it I guess; that is some kind of achievement if nothing else!
One thing I've learned from Daniel and his team is that consistency is the most important thing. I have some days where I absolutely crush these work outs, and even though I do have the passion for exercise, I still have lots of days where I have to drag myself through it. But I show up! And that's what matters most: just showing up
First 10 minutes I was like "is this supposed to be hard? " but after next 15 minutes my heart was like "if you don't stop I will". Looking forward for tomorrow for next cardio. Thumbs up.
I just finished. I didn't know I had it in me. I have been trying different beginners workouts and they just had me screaming in agony. I chose this as it said no floor exercises. I cried afterwards. You have a gift of encouragement and motivation. Thank you.
*Day 1:* I'm sweating, I'm exhausted, my eyes are burning. but I finished the training and I didn't fall behind. *Day 2:* I'm still at it. Got me a sweatband so no more sweats in the eyes for me. *Day 3:* I'm going strong. Added 1.5kg weights to my session. It was harder but I still made through without slacking off. *Day 4:* a voice in my head kept telling me to skip one day, it'll be alright. instead, I started today's session 1 hour sooner. I won't let anything stop me, even myself! *Day 5:* somehow since I started this workout, my mind is not as chaotic as it used to be and I have far fewer negative thoughts. I finished today's session too. *Day 6:* my shoulders are a little tired cuz I'm still not used to weights, but I still finished everything properly and without taking a break. *Day 7:* My leg was hurting today so I did the session without 1.5kg weights and holy moly! the workout has become so easy just after 7 days!! *Day 8:* I keep going with the weights. I'll switch to another workout video after 14 sessions. maybe something more intense. but I'm only halfway there. *Day 9:* I'm doing 16,000 steps daily plus this workout and 80 push-ups and 400 punches. I'm gonna gradually pick up more. *Day 10:* I have so much more confidence in myself, which is probably because of the testosterone boost I'm getting from the workout. *Day 11:* I added a 10 minutes intense workout for when I wake up in the morning. *Day 12:* I've really gotten used to this workout, I can even keep my breathing under control now. just 2 more days and I'll move to another workout! *Day 13:* I was moving faster than before in today's session and in the end, I wasn't even tired! one more day to go! *Day 14:* I'm now moving to another workout, this has become a little easy. I moved to this workout, it's challenging and I love it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g98g7bMQcbc.html
The fact that you talk through almost all of it really helps me to just listen to you and not have my mind wander or think too much about not enjoying exercise. Love this.
I really love this video. I'm an obese stay at home mom. I never realized how bad I was until my son took my picture vacuuming. I wanted to cry. In my mind I wasn't this big. So I searched RU-vid for videos I can do at home and watch my kiddos. The first time was great. I was sweating and pushing myself all the way. The second day was rough. My body was burning! When you march I jog. When you stopped to talk I marched. Two thumbs up here! I will continue to do this workout daily. Thank you!
I’m 5 months postpartum and my depression starting taking over due to all the weight I gained during pregnancy. Well today I got up and chose this video, and I’m so glad I did.
You encourage people.. motivate them ... That's great channel. I already doing your exercise session with you guys from three months. And I reduced 7.5 kg weight. Thank you so much..
this made me tear up. i feel like i’m really harsh on my body and i always criticize the appearance, but fail to appreciate EVERYTHING my body does for me. thank you sir!
It's ok honey. Everyone has body insecurities. Larger ppl and even tiny ppl. I have been skinny, I have been thicker. I can say that no matter what size I was, I've never felt my body was flawless. But it is possible to have a positive body image. Take it 1 day at a time!
Somehow his affirmative tone just hits different. I'm back here a year and a half after finding this channel the first time, and then falling into an abyss of not taking care of me. It really does make a big difference to remember we are worth care (not in the impersnal #selfcare way, but actually connecting to the body through movement).
I am a 13 year old who is 5'3 and is over weight. I been trying to find a way to lose weight, and your videos are so helpful and make it fun while working out. Your videos really help me in losing weight. I am still on my journey. So THANK YOU!!!!
I know everyone's on their own path on the journey of fitness, and today I've reached what I class as an amazing milestone! I've just completed this video for the first time ever without stopping! I can feel my body getting fitter and I'm losing inches everywhere! I'm also an asthmatic too and recently gone on to a new inhaler which has helped so much! I'm only a few weeks in and my confidence is growing all thanks to the body project ❤
I LOVE HOW WE CAN ALL SHARE OUR PROGRESS POSITIVELY AND I LOVE HOW EVERYONE'S SO WARM AND LOVING. YOU GO AND CONTINUE!!! EVERYBODY'S ROOTING FOR EVERYONE'S SUCCESS! WE CAN PUSH THROUGH!
Wanted to record my weight journey and try it with this workout! Day 1 - Sweating a lot and took two minor breaks, I really underestimated this workout. Pushed myself to finish it and I did it! Day 2 - Sweating but I took no breaks this time and only stopped for a few seconds to drink sips of water, my back is sore from yesterday but I'm enjoying myself. Finished it. Day 3 - I didn't have the motivation to do it today but I pushed myself and completed it! Body is still sore but I feel happy with myself that I didn't give up. Day 4 - I'm sweating so much and I feel great. I'm thinking of adding another workout too, still fighting.
This is the only workout video I've found that left me bawling afterwards. It was so emotional for me for some reason and this man helped me unlock something I never thought possible. 🥰😭 thank you.
For the first time in my life I have been exercising every single day for over 3 months and I can't imagine a day without them. Thanks to Daniel- definitely coaching is his destiny and for me- his workout-strong desire. Thank you!!!
The gentle man's words of encouragement make SOOOOO much difference to the workouts. Enjoy them immensely. How you make someone want to worship their bodies - rather than feel like working out is a punishment - is beyond beautiful.
started doing this workout when i was 243lbs and i could barely make it halfway l. now im 165lbs and i’ve added weights to challenge myself even more 💪🏼💪🏼 thank you for the amazing workout!
Like most women, I feel that I have tried every work out regimen under the sun. Body Project is different and I'm so glad I have found it. Daniel is helping me reprogram my brain to think of exercise as a privilege, not a punishment. I never looked at it that way, that we are fortunate enough to be active and be able to go for that jog or complete that video. Daniel's motivational words are just what I need to hear at the time in the work out when I need to hear them most. Would recommend Body Project to anyone at any level, thank you Body Project!
I'm not sure why, but this workout released something emotional in me. Like I was fighting for my life.. to get back years of lack of movement, poor choices and laziness. Thank you!! 🥲
Omg so this!! I actually cried during the last few punches. I was doing another one of his workouts but tried this one today. He gets me every time 😅 I love how motivating and encouraging he is. And fun. ❤️
Due to the covid-19 and community quarantine here in our country, we have so much time to do things and I've decided to use my idle time to lose weight and be fit as I'm moderately obese. I've been exercising the past few weeks and today, I was told by my mom that I look way fatter than my siblings. It really hurt my ego and crushed my confidence. God knows how much I put my heart into my routine exercise and eating healthy. Then my alarm for daily exercise rang. Decided to do some cardio first and stumble upon this vid. The instructor's words and the 2 woman really touched me and I got my confidence back. I'll just keep pushing. I'll just keep winning. Thank you very much guys! ❤❤
Your mother is using you to make herself feel better about herself, do not allow yourself to believe what she says. Keep exercising both your body and self and reject your mothers critical and unloving ways.
Val Keep it up and don’t let anyone bring you down! My dad thought I was fat at 125 pounds!! Yep! And he made a disparaging comment to me at the time at a table full of people! I’ve gained a lot of weight in the years since - I’m now at 185 so I have 40 pounds to lose! I’m thinking of it in increments of 10 pounds
I lost 50 pounds over the course of 2020, and went from being clinically “overweight” to a healthy weight for my height and age range. I also went from being a complete couch potato, to completing 30-60 mins of yoga daily , 5-7 times a week. Now that I’m actively maintaining this healthy weight and lifestyle, I’ve found your videos as a way of introducing cardio into my life. When you said that this workout isn’t about winning or losing, but “participating,” I had to pause the video and have a little cry. I rarely refer to my health and weight loss process as a “journey,” but I’m starting to appreciate it as just that; a journey that I’m still on. I can’t thank you enough for these videos, for the diversity of participants you show, for the clothes they wear (I can’t tell you how demotivating is is to follow along with a guide wearing a belly top and skin-toned leggings), and for the positive message you share. It’s so helpful to so many.
I’m a ten year old girl trying to lose weight I made it to the end carrying three pound weights thought the whole time I am so happy for myself thank you so much!
don't forget to eat enough loves :-) it's important to eat even if we're losing weight, maintaining, or whatever! you don't have to drastically change your diet, just drink enough water and eat enough for your age. keep going, i'm proud of you! any exercise even for 10 min is good :-)
I do this same workout almost every night and I've lost 8 pounds in 10 days! I also love how the ladies look like REAL ladies. Its very encouraging to a twelve year old like me. Its really hard to be active sometimes but your videos really help. Thank you!!!
This was EXACTLY what I needed. I’m 5’7” and 240lbs. I made it through this (not easily), but completely. The words of encouragement are great and I appreciate being reminded that my body is indeed amazing. I did cry after and gave myself a high five. So proud I did this and will continue to do it daily. Thank you!
I always try out different cardio workouts and for some reason I always end up back with the Body Project team. Daniel is such a good motivator with a good sense of humor. What I appreciate the most is that even though the workouts are at a Beginner or Intermediate level, he always acts like he is struggling too even though you know he is super fit. He is just such a nice person.
Just finished this and during the cool down I was sobbing. I’ve not been active all quarantine after having begun a healthy journey before it all began and have really let myself run wild and gained everything I lost before and then some. I had been sitting, scrolling through RU-vid and started getting mad at myself like, why are you not out walking or being active in some way right now and take advantage of the time off??? I’ve always struggled with sticking to eating right and being active. So I got up, put on some shoes and moved my coffee table and put on this video out of all the videos I searched through. So many times it felt hard and I was out of breath, or going slower than you all, but I pushed through. When you said it was done, I just had this rush of adrenaline that came out in the form of the happiest tears. I finally feel like I found some motivation, and it comes from this channel and these videos now 🙏🏽💖 Thank you for this channel and the good work you’re doing with your teaching style and motivational words!
Hello Team: You guys have helped me do a workout 5 or 6 days a week. I'm a Grammy of 64 and had open heart surgery in 2016 with an enlarged heart. I'm proud! Bless you all, you are fabulous as Daniel would say. This one is hard but I complete it each time.
Did this today! Thankful for Kristen, I was so glad she was feeling it how I was. Didn’t feel ashamed for not being able to always keep up like other workout videos.
I'm so glad I found this channel. I am a recovered bulimic, the way the instructor talked about our bodies was very good and made me tear up at the end. I love that the ladies are regular ladies, dressed modestly and there was no focus on having a hot body. I found these videos by looking for a low impact workout as I have pelvic floor dysfunction ( anxiety induced tightness) though i am just a few minutes past completion , I feel pretty good and I can't wait to do more! Thank you.
I would just like to say that it is very brave of you to share this here. I also found myself very motivated and moved by this workout. It has me ready to go on this journey
I weighed in at 296lbs January first and decided I needed to change. january 10th I decided to stop eating after 7pm and do a leslie Sanson dvd everyday, a 15 minute mile. By the 3rd day I could do a whole 15 minutes without stopping, by day 5 I could do the boosted 2 minute ending. Day 6 I decided to browse youtube for another video a little more challenging and I found this one. By day 7 I could do the entire 30 minutes, by day 8 I could do the boosted punching at the very end. I rotate your 30 minute videos with Leslie's 15 minute miles if I need an easy day. Today, January 27th I've weighed in at 274lb, my butt is a completely new shape and higher, my thighs have a healthy burning feeling, and my ankles and calves are MUCH more defined. Today, the 27th, I also managed to do 32 squats (the last exercise in this video) when on the first day I managed 5ish, and did the boosted punches at the end while JOGGING in placed all 45 seconds repeating "second wind, second wind" to myself. THANK YOU THE BODY PROJECT! I love your videos, and you are EXTREMELY motivating!!!!! You're an excellent coach and know just what to say to keep me going, and have your words in my head throughout the day! Discipline over motivation! Everything counts!!!! 💪💪💪
Absolutely loved this! It's rare to find a workout that challenges you and makes you sweat a ton without leaving you feeling completely worn out by the end
I am in recovery from an eating disorder and in a stage where I can introduce movement back into my life. It’s a scary process at times, but I just wanted to thank you so much for encouraging our personal best as well as using body neutral/positive statements throughout the duration of the session. It’s so easy to keep my intentions where they need to be and I truly thank you for being a safe space for me ❤️
At the end I became so emotional because the man was so encouraging and for the first time in my life I really felt that I could be proud of myself cause of the way he talks en motivates. I love this channel and I've been doing this workouts every day since the past 2 weeks. It's not just sports or exercise it is kinda like therapy for me. I love it.
Yes! Me too! Daniel is so awesome with his words of encouragement! I love the last song too (during the cool down)! I am trying to find out the name of that last song if anyone knows I'd appreciate that!!!!
Fantastic videos! Really encouraging ❤ I’ve lost 110lbs, birthed twins, and starting to reward my body via these workouts. My body is amazing, thanks for helping me appreciate that!
I appreciate your videos. I started working out with y'all a month ago. I was 315 when I started and 293 now. That's 22 pounds lost in a month!!!! God had really strengthened me to endure these workouts. Although they are achievable, they are still tough. Once again thank you for your videos.
This was the first at home workout I completed from start to finish, due to the normalcy of work out challenges, encouraging to go at my own pace and not making me feel guilty for it, and positive language that empowered me to keep going EVERYTIME I thought, ‘I’m turning this off.’ I feel great. Thank you for this!
Working mother, full time nursing student , I spend most of my time sitting down behind a computer or with books. These workouts have me feeling so energized and full of determination to set a healthy lifestyle goal. The team is amazing and really motivating.
In the most beautiful way, I feel Daniel has reached some sort of immortality or spread beyond himself. He's touched and encouraged so many people worldwide and made a permanent difference for so many people. I think it's not possible to watch him for so many hours and to not pickup some of his spirit and energy. I am touched and so glad he has this calling.
Today is day one of the rest of my life. I am way out of shape and about 100lbs overweight. I just finished this first workout with minimal stopping and I am proud of myself! I want to say thank you for the constant positive input! I'll definitely be doing another tomorrow! 🥰💪
Hey! Wow! Congrats!!! Just need some advice - how many workouts did you do in a day? Apart from that any other exercise?? I try to walk 10k steps and one team body project video.
Janvi Parekh I do one body project video in the morning. I choose a different video every day; I don’t follow the same workout 2 days in a row. I’ve also started eating less than usual, but these workouts really helped me with the weight loss.
Started today June 25 I’ll be doing my wheel loss journey for three months and I read your comment and made my day that you also did it for three months can’t wait to weigh in on September 25.
I am 65 years old nanna, I was googling you tube for low impact exercise, and found this awesome video and followed daily. The hunk instructor is awesome and understanding. Tks guys. 💖😘😘
When I started all of this I was 105 pounds at 10 years old and now I am 96 I feel so much better not batting made fun of at school and I will do this my whole life and will never stop. I hope you do to
This is the first workout I actually managed to do from start to finish and I must say, I have enjoyed every single second of it! The team is brilliant! I am so excited to have this channel along with my in my journey!
Hi, I am 70 years old next month and did the workout without stopping. Was so proud of myself and thankyou. I have gained about 10lbs over last year and need to get back to fighting fit weight. I walk a lot but that doesn't seem to shed the pounds. Hopefully this will fix it.
Well done Sarah - thank goodness I found someone around my age of 65. I was worried I shouldn't be on here as I was too old, but have enjoyed doing Daniel's workouts for the last two days. Keep going.
I had myocarditis at the beginning of the year and it almost killed me. I have gone through rehab and am now doing the majority of my workouts at home. I do one of your videos every day. It was hard to keep from crying the first time I completed my first at-home workout. I had to modify, but I did it and each day gets easier and easier. The body truly is amazing! Thank you for taking the time to make these for us. I appreciate the enthusiasm and encouragement you bring to every workout.
His compassionate, positive attitude moved me so much it nearly brought me to tears. Thank you for showing me the support what I struggle to show myself.
in 2016, i was in extremely good shape i was doing 2 hours of intense cardio. now after bad breakups, covid, car accidents, mental and chronic illnesses i am extremely out of shape. my health is rotting away. due to massive weight gain. i just finished this . thank u so much.
This is the first workout video that I've been able to complete from start to finish without stopping or without giving up and it was 100% his motivational words. I was so surprised that I actually made it through and pushed myself that it brought me almost to tears because of how hard this year has been. And feeling like giving up on everything. Everything he said was what I was thinking at the point that he said it and he got me through. My new favorite!
I really love this workout. I’m so happy I found it. I do this video at least twice a week. The other 4 days, I do other Body Project videos. They’re perfect for someone who hates working out and needs real positive reinforcement. I really enjoy how they are just happy, not fake happy. I always feel good about myself and my progress after every video.
Felt motivated at the beginning of quarantine. Kind of lost the motivation feeling I wasn’t able to keep up with some RU-vid workouts. These I believe I can get behind and start feeling motivated again. Thanks for keeping it real.
I’m 34 and after having back surgery two times in 5 years I’m glad I stumbled across your videos because the way you lead each session is simply amazing, you must be an incredible human being
I am so grateful for these videos, I can't even put it into words! I started my weight loss/lifestyle change journey a little over 3 months ago, starting at 343 lbs. I have been dedicated to exercising 6 days a week (3 days walking, 3 days workout videos). I grew bored of other videos quickly or did not feel the instructor really cared about people who are really starting out. Then I found Body Project videos. I feel strong, empowered, encouraged, and pushed. I love the humor, the realness, and the pace of these videos. I am 25 lbs down and excited to keep losing and learning with these videos! Thank you guys for all you do, you are helping change lives!
Thank you so much! I'm fighting NET cancer in my pancreas and heading to surgery very soon. Your workout is helping me get strong to be ready for this big step. Your positive energy and messages made me feel that I can do this. Thank you soooo much! God bless you! 🦓
I love how humble this man is and how he talks very positive I’ve been doing my cardio for the past four days that I feel great and I look forward all the time turning on my TV to see him he’s great
I love this team...I'm 59 years old and never did any exercise... my doctor keeps asking if I had done any exercise...but I can't afford going to the gym, my daughter told me she does exercise from you tube...now we both do exercise every day...you guys are so inspiring ... when say it doesn't matter how much you've done for the day...so true, I'm proud to tell you from 15 mins for 3 days only now I do 30 mins everyday...my body looks for it and I really feel amazing...no more pains when moving around....I try to motivate other people to do the same coz I really feel wonderful...thanks for being there...keep going and God bless...

Hi, I'm from the other side of the world. I'd like to share my expereince with body project from youtube. I was 59 kgs before, then I found this video and I kept doing every day for few months and still eat as normal. Now I've checked on my weight and I'm 53kgs. Thanks for this lovely motivation and I will keep on doing it.
@@mnooraldaihani1566 Hi, it took me 2-3 months and I ate normal. I don't like to eat healthy and I love dessert so I don't do that. I tried once with counting calories and eat healthy but it didn't work for me, I hate torture myself without dessert. Then I found this one and follow them.
