Foreal 😂... I was waiting for something to happen. These are my light leg some of them are warm ups for me lol. I love her athleticism non the less. 💪🏽
This is def a standard workout if you know how to use leg day machines lol buttttt that ass to grass squat with the pause is amazing AND this workout routine never fails no matter how much you get used to it it’s def a good leg day 😄💪🏾
@@j.3779tucking in the back helps get you a little bit of ventilation while leaving you covered at the front (shirt extends over the front seam of the leggings). Also, it doesn't matter if you think it looks ridiculous. Focus on your workout.
@@pineandsprucebooks well I wear a shirt to so don't talk about ventilation. Makes no sense. It's showing off ur butt. Some girls actually admit it. Ridiculous asf.
For example, for the leg press you will do 4 sets of 8 reps of leg presses, then after that you will increase reps by doing 10 reps one time, then 12 reps one time, and lastly, 15 reps one time. Then, for the calf raises, you would do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps. Meaning, your aiming for 12 to 15 reps for each of those 3 sets your performing. Hope that helps.
You were scared to share with people what you’re doing, but you’re doing it better than half the people that post workouts. Nothing too extra, no nonsense talking. You’re just in the gym to do you. That’s all that matters. Keep sharing.
Obviously there must be a reason why people don’t do cardio before workouts. If you focus on strength and lifting weights, then what’s the point of intensive cardio before training? Do you want to exhaust your body and muscles before the actual work?
@@Kristina-f2e I have experienced that I get much more sore if I ran 10 min on the treadmill before my workout. I guess there also are other benefits from not doing it example lifting more, but I just like the feeling of being sore.
Many people fail to realize that exercising is BEST when done SLOWLY and while keeping your body in the CORRECT FIRM/ALIGNMENT. Injuries often result due to incorrect form and doing the exercise too FAST. Perfect and correct form btw. 😊
Dear beautiful lady! Thank you ❤ I've been trying to lose weight (about 13 kilograms) after the lockdown and post lockdown period. 😢I'm desperate, I've been training half a year and the results are minimal. You've inspired me!!!! I'm taking my traines and going for running right now!!!! Thank you❤
I was very struggling, painful, lonely, and depressed at the beginning of my training process, and when I saw her practicing, I became more motivated, thank you very much❤️
right?!?!?! I do all of these in higher reps and I don't consider that a crazy workout. I will say the ass to grass squats with a 2 second pause will probably kill
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 💗😊
@@kungfoochicken08I barely sweat when I workout and I have gains..I've been lifting for 5 years now ..even when I ran 3 mile a day I didn't sweat..so what's your answer😂
This honestly is like a beginner's leg day watching people like this really makes me want to share my workout routines because I grew my butt from less than nothing like it was concave I had skin sagging and now I have a nice round Peach that is so much bigger than I ever thought I could naturally grow but also nowadays I'm known for my butt which I never thought in a million years could possibly happen without surgery. Also my daughter who is 14 does a way more intense workout than this also also don't do cardio before weightlifting if you're actually trying to make gains ❤
# of exercises doesn’t equate to difficulty. You can have a leg day consisting of only barbell squats, rdls, lunges, and ham curls … intensity is what you make it. If you do 2 moderate sets each then of course it’ll be a light day in the office
Yup those are the only calves exercises I get big growth from. I have incredible quads but finally getting decent calves. The seated front loaders do nothing but hurt my quads as I try to slide em under lol. She has good form and ankle/heel flexibility.
@raychillchase incorrect, the answer is didn't. A scroll is a scroll.. to a random video that you have no control over. Leaving a comment on how basic something was is irrelevant to the point. It's not that deep Ray, relax lmao
for squats.. going past 90 degrees doesnt really do much, it doesn't help your gains, it only makes it harder. its impressive ya, but its a waste of energy. learned that from multiple personal trainers.
I was curious, I asked the almighty ChatGPT and this is the answer i got: Going below the 90° angle, commonly referred to as "breaking parallel," during squats can be more effective for muscle building, especially for targeting the muscles of the lower body, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. When you descend below parallel in a squat, you increase the range of motion, which engages more muscles and activates them to a greater extent. Going deeper also places more emphasis on the posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) and requires more activation to drive the upward movement. Moreover, deep squats can enhance mobility and flexibility, as well as improve stability in the hips, knees, and ankles. They can also contribute to improved functional strength, making everyday movements easier.
She's not afraid. It's some psychological weird thing peopel craving for attention create in their brain. They try to distract you from the fact they simply try to show their behinds. So they come up with some random title to take the attention away from the fact that they're just simple minded. And I don't get it because she's got the looks so why the need for even more attention?
Looks amazing, going to use it myself. Be careful with those shoes, I squatted bare foot and it made a huge difference, I felt more stable. Try it out. Keep up the gains!!
Guys and girls, do your heaviest hardest exercise first. I.e. do heavy squats before Leg press. Unless you've programmed them the other way for a specific reason. Great work and form regardless
Never go that deep on squats.... You'll deteriorate your knees. Once that cartilage is ruined, it'll never be the same. Do a proper squat, and you'll get the same results.
Girls just can't help it, huh? What is the point of having your shirt rolled up in the back other than the need to just shoe some skin in some way. Can never just go to gym to work out. You gotta show some skin.
idk about you but I mostly sweat from my back, it's nice to have a breeze through there! and shorts (per the comment below) show even more skin so like what do you want me to wear? a sleeping bag???
@@PlaceboEllie sweating on your back? yes, you’re right most girls are sweating from their back, ever since the advent of social media, it must be tough.
