Bisping is proof hard work gets you places. There was many fighters with more talent that didn’t win a ufc belt but with hard work he overachieved which is a testament to his hard work

I watched this live and I was dying at that. I've always liked Bisping. He's got that brash British no fucks given attitude and it was on full display during the build up, the gloves, the victory, backstage, at the post fight presser. The man was absolutely relentless lmao
It's rare in combat sports to see a fighter get full redemption while getting a lose back. Most of the time, it's like Connor vs. Nate. A fighter gets finished and comes back to win a razor-thin decision. Technically, you're getting a lose back.... but not all wins are created equal. The man that beat u removed your consciousness from your body. U can't get that back, but u can return the favor. Bisping returned the favor in spades.

You can tell the way Rockhold carries himself that he really thinks he's all that. The ref should have let Bisping give him a few more knuckle sandwiches before stopping it.
The thing is rock hold is all that he just shoulda been a smart fighter he woulda easily won he’s better than Michael all day he just let his ego get in the way which makes me even happier that Mike won do stupid things earn stupid rewards
i couldn't stand Bisping throughout his career (was especially thrilled when Henderson dropped him cold), until the end of this fight when his family came out to celebrate with him. At that moment, he was just a family man like many of us, and they were so glad to see their father (and husband) won. I was/am glad to see he finally got the belt. I don't think it's a stretch to say this fight also took Rockhold's soul, and he was never the same afterward.
Crazy how bisping says it was the easiest fight of his life and Strickland said Izzy felt like a amateur both huge upsets with the underdog making it look easy
i really dont understand why so many ppl hate rockhold, he put the hours in, he lifted the weights, he hit the bag, he signed the contracts, always on weight, always brought good shows win or lose, sure he could be cocky but so are 95% of fighters
What turned people off was what Bisping pointed out in the press conference. He was acting like he was on some record setting title run when the reality was this was his first title defense. It's one thing to be confident. It's another to be completely delusional and high on your shit.
Of all the title fights, this one has to be the most satisfying. It's just outstanding that The Count was able to avenge his loss in such stunning fashion and for the belt when many probably had him in L category before anything happened. Thanks for posting this - Bisping is the most deserving for the destiny he created.

Rockhold is a good fighter, but he was way too cocky here. He though the fight was already won before it kicked off. Big mistake. Let his pride beat him

So satisfying watching Bisping land those bombs AND 3 more for good measure before the ref could stop him lol, this huge L ruined Rockhold, not been the same since

@@xdeevex428 a lot of people don't know this but Rockhold actually can't watch the prelims because sometimes if he sees a punch he gets KO'd like those fainting goats
After Bisping's first face punch, he placed his left foot behind Rockhold's right foot, tripping him. After the second face punch he stepped on Rockhold's right foot. Both assuring Rockhold's fall to the mat. Goes to show what a smart and practiced fighter Bisping is.
Not sure how practiced a move that was it might just have been body intelligence in the flow and training but Luke gave him all kinds of looks that were openings.
That just happened in the action. No one can think that fast in the middle of exchanges. He was just going for the kill and rushing him and happened to step on dudes foot.
