@@jobbo89 his retina detached I think and then it never healed right. The doctors had to inject the eye with oil for some reason. He has a glass eye or a contact now that makes it not look all messed up.
Bisping spent the majority of his prime years being matched up against roid heads and TRT abusers. Some vicious losses that would have made other fighters retire but he stayed in the game, fought to the top of the mountain with one eye and became the man. You may not like him, but you have to respect his utter refusal to quit his dream.

So Rockhold lost the title to a gatekeeper while Bisping lost it to another champion. I'd say Rockhold's was way more embarrassing

The beef was fake. Bisping was trying to sell the fight a bit more. He actually respected GSP and the same back. They trained together years ago and there was a moment in the build up to the fight that GSP was talking about on JRE which is hilarious about him being confused that Bisping was being his mate when the cameras weren’t on him.

Revenge is a dish served better than sweet, can't argue with the man on that one budday. Bisping has been entertaining since his first day in TUF to present. Winning the belt from a samurai was a perfect and well deserved way to end a great, storied career. Done it clean and with one eye. Rockhold still tasting those lemons believe you me. I remember this match-up, June 4 2016. I was and still is a huge, huge fan of combat sports, especially mma. I read the headline of the news, luke turns down the jacare and it was Mike who stepped up and kicked luke's butt. You can feel the confident fight energy from bisping, saying it's his destiny to become world champ. Wow, i freakin' loved that night
Bisping was 6 years older, 2 inches shorter, 2 inches less reach, one eye, and not quite as good looking and still did exactly what he said he was going to do.
