This series is designed for the days when you are time scarce and remain committed to carving out space for self-care. This 15-minute workout is designed for the luteal phase when you might be craving an opportunity to connect with breath and clear your mind. We keep it simple so as not to overload your mind-something your luteal brain will appreciate-with effective movements that build strength in the legs and glutes. It's only 15 minutes so use this practice to increase weight where appropriate.

Lower Body Warm-Up (6 min): • Video

Structure: Interval training to keep us within the 15-minute window! 5 simple movements in 3 rounds to ignite the lower body.
Equipment: Go heavy if you can with 15-30 lb dumbbells or a single heavy kettlebell *If you don't have heavy weights to work with at home, challenge yourself with a slower tempo to keep muscles under tension or even add a 3-second pause at the depth of each movement.
