It's autumn and it's time for hearty sauces. Rosehip sauce certainly belongs to them. Super if you have the opportunity to use rosehip puree! If not, feel free to use rosehip marmalade. But pay attention to the quality and percentage of arrows (at least 40 percent). Instead of suitable venison I used a skewered pork shoulder. As a side dish a white bread dumpling is perfectly suited to the sauce. Enjoy your meal. Brepta.
