Adverts were much better back then.

Completely forgot that Do It All ever existed .... memories came flooding back when I saw the ad!

Much better adds than these days for sure.

The Do It All computer checking prices all over the country lol

It's amazing how good the adverts were back then, nowadays when ads come on, we just curse & moan about them!

Actual thought went into ads those days unlike today.

I love the classic TV commercials of the 80s they were so much better back then takes me back to my happiest of times so much better than the chap of todays chap ones now no doubt about it

I know the words to some of these adverts. The "ok" at the end of the weetabix ad. The words to the coke song. The do it song...Liquid Engineering...

The featured Do It All is now the PC World Dixon’s Carphone Hellhouse (or whatever they’re called) on the A4 Great West Rd in Brentford right near GlaxoSmithKline. The signage over the bit where Daniel Peacock performs on the steps could still be seen in outline until recently I think

The scary thing I remember most of those adverts but the worst thing now is I have to put up with today’s dreadful ones!

Before 1995 - Better soundtracks, funnier, less irritating (Didn't mind Ads back then) 1995 - 1999 - When ads started to go wrong (Ads still watchable but with concerns) After 2000 - Annoying Soundtracks, not funny, more irritating (Ads became unwatchable from this point) 10:26 Do It All, I remember that store been in Leicester just off Aylestone Road, this later became Staples and is now a Poundstretcher today.

Ha ha, I remember that Do it All advert. Two of them were Danny Peacock and Ron Tar, both of whom occasionally turned up in The Comic Strip Presents and Ron would later turn up in Eastenders. I think Do It All was eventually sold to Sainsburys and became Homebase.

I remember No1 like it was yesterday.

I swear everything was better back in those days.

Lady Grecian 2000 really is a snazzy product name.

I think the guy in the Speed Stick advert is Mike Grady, better known as Barry in Last Of The Summer Wine.

No ads for charities or ambulance chasing lawyers in those days and I dont think the oil companies advertise now

On the B&Q commercial was Eastenders extra Big Ron played by Ron Tarr
