Both Kitty and Jose were EVIL, INSANE, and WICKED. If ever parents deserved to die, it was them! The brothers had a horrid life, and I'm sorry they chose to kill, but prison is probably better than their home life. The world is a better place with Kitty and Jose gone.
@keepitsimple4629 I 💯 percent agree. Those damn parents were monsters 👿 & definitely got what they deserved. No child should have to endure what Erik & Lyle went through!!! As a Sexual Abuse Survivor myself I totally empathize with Both Brothers
I agree. What the hell would they gain from saying these awful, embarrassing, humiliating things? They already said they killed their parents. It's not as though they wouldn't have served any jail time. It just doesn't make sense that they'd share all of this if it weren't true.
Free Lyal and Eric! They have spent enough time in prison now. Their parents were monsters, those boys did society a favor and saved other children from being molested and raped by these monster parents..
@micheletotton9342 I agree. They're still in jail, unfortunately, and they don't see much hope with regards to an appeal. Even with new evidence (an ex member of boy band Menudo recently came out saying he was raped by Jose Menendez when he was just 14 years old and signed to RCA- Jose Menendez was the executive of RCA). At the time of the trial sexual assault around children was still very misunderstood/taboo and not talked about as much as today. I hope that one day, they get an appeal trial/pardon.
@@micheletotton9342the first trial was hung due to the jury not being able to come up with a result but the second trial was very corrupted the judge disallowed evidence and witnesses as well as only letting some of their most crucial witnesses testify during penalty phase when a murder verdict had already been decided
She was so gross. I didn’t know this. I knew that she ignored the disgustingness the dad was doing, but I did NOT know that she was exposing herself and trying to be sexual with her child, HER BABY. My head cannot comprehend.
@michellebaezrivera2244 I didn’t know this either . It’s absolutely disgusting & horrific what she did to her own child. Just sickening as hell.. I’d die for my sons or daughter I’d never ever violate my child in any way. Some parents don’t deserve to even have the title of a parent …
So his brother implied that he was under the impression the mom didnt know the whole time , and one of the reasons why he unalived her was because she admitted to knowing what the dad was doing . .. but yet this brother knew the mom knew because she was also abusing him ??? Im so confused , i do believe they were abused , but this part kinda contradicts what the brother said .
From my understanding, the brothers weren’t talking about their respective sexual abuse to each other. This older brother (Lyle) only found out that his younger brother (Erik) was still getting abused by their dad 5 days before the murders. Lyle had confronted their dad when he was a kid telling him to stop abusing Erik, and he assumed that it ended because Erik didn’t bring it up again. And Erik didn’t know the mom was doing weird stuff to the Lyle so he thought their mom was oblivious to what was going on with the dad.
Erik never knew Kitty did stuff to Lyle and no Lyle’s abuse by Kitty didn’t make him realise she must have known what Jose did to him when he was young
