I was in a wedding of my friend. We started off with a maid of honor and 6 bridesmaids. By the day of the wedding I ended up maid of honor and there was one other girl as a bridesmaid. Dress shopping was such bullshit with all the drama those 5 girls brought. I could tell the bride was over it 40 minutes into the first store.

Apparently the producers choose the entourage they bring from a form the brides fill out with their possible entourage names and personalities etc I don't remember if the consultants know as well, but i know for sure the producers sort of know what kind of drama they will be dealing with

I gotta disagree because alot of these dresses are the same ones offered today in bridal shops. Just look them up on Davids Bridal. The bridrsmaids dresses are always less flattering because they are not meant to be as important as the brides dress.
