Make your Oculus Quest more comfortable with the Headstraps. But which one? The Deluxe Audio Strap (DAS) vs Esimen Headstrap (Halo Strap)? I thought I'll do a full on comparison on both headstraps and you can decide which one best fits you. But highly recommend replacing the original Oculus Quest straps with other alternatives because it can get uncomfortable after 30 min to hour.

The halo is more comfortable for me but the audio strap has those amazing headphones, so it’s kinda hard to compare them.

I’d recommend checking out the GoQuestVR. It’s $38 and $58 with headphones. Cheaper than the DAS and only $9 more than the Halo featured in this video.

Great video! Just one question, sometimes i sculpt in vr while chatting with my friends over discord, so i use a headset. Is it possible/comfortable to use the DAS, and use a headset on top by moving the integrated speakers back or something? Thanks!

Thank you. I had to remove the integrated speakers (screws behind the foam) from the DAS before putting on the headphones. To give an idea the size of the headphones i'm using the Corsair Virtuoso headphones - amzn.to/2UH38Uq Hopefully that helps!

For the Deluxe Audio Strap, you can unscrew the earphones if you like. But will need a different attachment for Deluxe audio strap for the quest 2

Hey so I’m not sure I’m not bothered about the headphone but dose the halo feel like it’s on you head more securely at the back then the othere strap

As long as you tighten the back of the DAS strap with the dial, It feels secure around the back of the head.

The Halo Strap will not fit the Quest 2. Deluxe Audio Strap needs a different attachment to fit it on the Quest 2.

There are 3D print-able converters for the DAS on the Quest 2, and Alex/VR Panda are releasing a Halo strap for the Quest 2 at the end of the month

Ultimately, the DAS if you don't mind getting additional cushioning for the facial interface.
