We just bought the deluxe headset for the Vive due adhesive on the strap pulled away while I was trying to adjust the Velcro so temporarily had to stitch a x with needle, thread and thimble. Other reason I can’t use in ear headphones without them falling out due to small canals.

The price never changed much in Canada, even though it has been 3 yrs. I bought mine a few days ago for $138.32 CAD. I got it for my Quest 2.

My problem with original strap was that the cable hurted on top of my head.

Funny thing is, I ordered the audio strap on the same day as I ordered the vive, and the audio strap first so I was just feeling it, it felt really nice, but I have a kinda small head so it wasn’t fitting.. does it get tighter when you connect it to the vive? Thanks!

In terms of gaming & interactive VR experiences yes, but for quickly watching a high quality 360 video, my G4 & Moded VMAX headset, beats any headset that I have tested yet in quality, comfort & ease of use
