It is usually called Lee Yangju, but I tried it in the easiest way possible.
The first base liquor is usually made with Baekseolgi, but it was not easy to make rice powder, so I made it with Godubap.
Doesn't seem to have much effect on taste.
If you soak it twice like this, it's hard to fail!! lol
Also, they say that making makgeolli takes a lot of time, but I do housework in between on the weekend, and it actually takes less than an hour to make it!
