Dash cams people... They're worth their weight in gold after incidents like this. If these gentlemen had a dashcam, police could use it to track down the offender, the DA could use it to prosecute them, and the injured could use it in a civil trial to claim damages & undue mental anguish. Just make sure you get one that is high resolution (2k or above), high frame rate (at least 60fps), quality image capturing in dark or low light situations, and has the option to record the rear view angle as well as front facing. The upfront cost won't be cheap, but considering this area is plagued with people not stopping after being involved in a wreck & road rage incidents like this, at the very least your insurance premium will be more favorable if the unfortunate ever happens to you.
Guessing innocent law abiding Citizens will have to order bullet proof Galss on their next Car? Obviously crimmals don't fear the Punishments, certainly not the Victem nor Prison or the soft on Crime Justice System. This horrific Epidemic of road ragers is just getting started...chilling.
