Sakitin tyan ko, remedy ko, higa ng nakatagilid, rub stomach ng oil clockwise. Dapat lagi kang may first aid kit na dala kasi di ka naman sure sa tubig or pagkain or weather dito.

Good stuff! Kuya Kurt when the food arrives too early that mean it was made earlier, meaning it was not fresh off the stovetop. Believe me, I was served some barbecue ribs in a fancy restaurant and it’s good but it tasted like it was made hours ago. Be careful not to eat everything you see. 😊😅😮

Hi Kurt it helps a lot if you pour some cold water in your towel from your bottled water time to time and also don't drink soda specially with dark color like pepsi, coke, etc... caused they cause cancer.....

Either your stomach ache is caused by indigestion, hyperacidity, stomach or duodenal ulcer, dirty water & food etc. If it's hyperacidity or ulcer, it cannot be healed or remedied by merely taking anti-diarrheal med. You must take antacids.

For the love of God & your family please be wary of heat stroke & sunburn. You might want to wear a bucket hat instead, you still would look pogi! Also, we always travel even here in the States & Canada, modesty aside, with Lomotil or generic Loperamide which are available over the counter here & 'Pinas for unwanted stomach upsets outcomes! Also, I would rather have bottled water instead of 'loaded' energy drinks. My doctor for one is not a fan of it! Keep plugging as I'm seeing 7 million around the corner!

While our food is filling & satisfying especially western influenced fast foods, it's not the healthiest! We need balance! Vege / roughage should be in it! Restos should add at least slices of pipino or tomatoes to fast food which are almost all carbs & protein.Good luck & Godspeed!

Did you bring Imodium with you from the states for your upset stomach? I always do whenever I travel to the Philippines.

Just drink bottled water for now until you are ready to drink juices.
