Pedal effort basically. lotta track guys use a 1in or 1in 1/16in master. but warmed up track pads have friction coefficients of 0.7. autocross doesnt get as much heat into the brakes, & pads that work on the colder end are less aggressive around 0.45 friction. so I use a 3/4 front and 7/8 rear master. a 3/4in master basically has 50% less pedal effort as a 1in master.

I got some 1/8 shank cheap ones off amazon years ago

they are -3an tube sleeves/nuts

flair tool and a lot of cursing. keep in mind master cly move, so my test lines off the master weren't ideal.

I won't speak for 3rd Gen Guy, but the extra stress on the firewall over thousands and thousands of pedal pushes can actually tear the firewall over time.

Manual brakes are necessary with a racing engine because the engine doesn’t have enough vacuum to operate power brakes.

i used the 3rd gen brake light switch and all factory wires.

I changed my brakes a lot since that video. manual brakes typically use a 7/8 master cyl.

Power brakes only advantage is simply less pedal force. for a race car that's no issue.

so ya u right, however those lines are temporary. idk what master ill be using after i start testing the brakes when racing
