I have my subwoofers set exactly the same as you. I dont see many do it but it works a treat in terms of output vs space. I couldn't fit 2 sb2000s on my front wall. So I have 2 10 inch cambridge audios aero subs on my front wall connected to one subwoofer output on the amp. They go to 30hz well but then start to bottom out. Then I have an svs pb2000 pro in the corner running off the other sub out on the amp. My svs only plays up to 40hz but down to 17hz in my room corner loaded. Works brilllaint in my room. People often ask me how my 2 front 10s get so low 🤣. They can't hear where the pb is until I point it out. Good work mate.
Great receiver, but I’m waiting for multiple 2.1 inputs. Can’t wait to see compatibility for 8k. Ha I’d say upgrade to 82” q800t, get 130 more zones then what you have now...Your screen should match that epic sound😀
Hi, I’m also planning to buy Marantz 8015, but just wanna know if it can pass 4k 120 hz with xbox series x and ps5 when connected directly to the receiver inputs. Try it and let everyone knows what you got.
Yes sir. I have that scheduled to be tested soon. Right now hooking up everything to receiver 9 channels not easy to setup lol. But once setup nothing better than a dedicated home theater so the hustle pays off. Thank you for the comment.
Thanks for the video..👍..there seems to be a lot of talk on RU-vid ex sparechange and HDTVtest..that 4k120 not working with latest marantz denon and Yamaha recovers..due to Panasonic chipset..???..
I think you can switch to use the second height channel by switch the left and right channel to a power amp, which is more normal to switch to better only stereo and get the 7.1.4 or 7.2.4
Congratulations for the AVR, but before everything, connect the PS5 and the Series X to the 8K input (HDMI 7) and change the HDMI setting to "8K Enhanced" and let's see which one of the Consoles will survive the HDMI 2.1 bug!
@@MyGadgetsWorld Your welcome, I have the Denon AVR-X6700H 13.2, LG C9, PS5 and the Series X both consoles still in their boxes so i didn't check the hdmi bug, any results you will get apply on me as well because Denon (2020 lineup) and Marantz (2020 lineup) both have the same hdmi chip!
@@noxdraconis7533 perfect. Stay tuned for the video. I will test both cables for xbox and ps5 and then actual ALLM and VRR at 4K 120hz. Let's see what sticks on the wall!
@@jayjustgames1725 marantz is something I also want to upgrade to. I will go separates next. I have a plan to get AV processor and amplifier for all my channels.
It is ridiculous how all manufacturers overpricing all their products just coz they have features available that nook one is going to use for years to come. 8k very limited users wayy toooo expensive Auro3d and atmos an expensive marketing strategy, at best you will find maximum of 120 sec sound in most movies Streaming has limited titles that support these formats and requires high bandwidth In my country this AVR costs little over 50% of the cost of a brand new car. Even if you purchase on a hire purchase basis it's like buying a 2 wheeler every month for the next few month's 😅😅 I wish the price could be more reasonable or features could be more realistic and priced accordingly...
@@HotWheelsHeadCase Could be but worth giving it a shot. I will see if it works or not, since I got PS5 and Xbox Series X and compatible 8K and 4K 120hz Samsung TV. I will update soon.
