This is my second subscription to your channel via my two accounts. I found you through the interview you did with Thomas. I found you to have sch a cool, calm disposition and our discipline seems so similar so you deserve a follow. Seeing your actual channel with your family was even more delightful so I have been watching

I love to watch Marcus explaining you can add mustard in your salad sauce which is just what we do everyday in France :) Great videos to catch some ideas and make meals a bit less boring!
Great video I’m always trying to find good meal prep ideas for my family loving that I have all those cooking tools ,I usually just use regular oats for over night oats So excited about making oat flour version. Thanks Marcus
A little point on oats. Oat flakes and oat flour aren’t the same thing. If you blend your own oat flakes it works buy if you buy oat flours you can’t make an overnight oats because. That’s because oat flakes are cooked , store bought oat flour is raw. You can buy Instant oat flour which is basically grounded oat flakes.
I had no idea. I just looked this up and you are totally right. Store bought oat flour is ground up from raw oat grouts vs what I'm making which is just blended up rolled oats (which are in fact heat treated). Thanks for the education.
Yes! Incoming. Overnight Oats: 3/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 scoop protein powder 1/3 cup milk or water Flavor with cinnamon, vanilla, or chocolate chips Pancakes: 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda
Marcus, you eat way less meat & more supplements (protein pow) than I would've thought!?! I have 4 - 8 oz of meat almost every meal (chicken, turkey, beef, shrimp, salmon) & avg 250+ grams protein a day but I don't do any powders or supplements. Guess I'm lucky to have access to a kitchen all day, every day!!
Marcus. I never hit my cals I'm supposed to eat daily. I hit the amount of protein I should be eating daily.. because of this, is there any concerns if I eat 'naughty' foods?
@@marcusfilly I actually smoked a whole chicken, made Japanese white rice, and sliced avocado for the whole family. (Tomorrow we do fish and a side of greens/salad)💪
Hi Marcus! I am licensed nutritionist, master personal trainer, and I also do your FBB programming. You are CRUSSSHHING calories. Is this your maintenance cals? I believe you are taking in 4,200 cals a day. How are you able to stay at such a low BMI
I don’t worry about it. I tend to just salt my food to taste. I don’t have issues with high blood pressure which is a concern for some individuals with sodium intake as it can increase blood volume
It’s a thick batter But the ratio of 70g oats, .5 cup cottage cheese, and 2 eggs usually works fairly good. You can add some water to thin the batter but just add it slowly
Huge overnight oats fan. This recipe is a great way to get 10-15 grams of fiber and 40-50 grams of protein to start the day. I typically do chia seeds in there for some extra fat, omega 3s, and about 5gs more of protein
