Looks like a really nice driver. Great to see you both doing well.

My introduction to Mark Audio and full range was with a 12P system, I was shocked at how good they sounded. Currently pondering another set for my living room. Many thanks Mark.

I replaced my Monitor Audio BX2's with a pair of Marks in a t-line of my own design.

Hope Mark is still doing well. Really like the 11MS and considering a CHR 120.

Mark Audio - Stick them in a Transmission Line FTW 😎 Back To My Roots - Mark Audio CHN-70 Transmission Line Speakers - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8CSoKFLjQlk.html Transmission Line Designs - Projects Part 2 - Mark Audio - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--96WAVQdcyQ.html Still love my CHN70's … and I do push them hard! I really don't miss a 2+ way set up, which was the main concern for me when swapping from 2-3 way to a full range. I'd take Marks' over the equivalently priced Tang's or Fostex. Just my 10 pence!

That frequency response looks like it would lend itself nicely to a single driver full-range. The gentle mid-range slump and dip around 5KHz would be particularly handy for baffle compensation

Will there ever be 0/30/60 or the like response graphs for MA drivers? Thanks.

That frequency response isn't far off the 10k usd tunetot by Wilson audio

Might I offer some advice. Could you maybe not interrupt Mark so frequently. He just is about to get going on some interesting point when you not only interject, but do so a bit forcefully.

And maybe mute when grabbing stuff, then background noise is less. As you know, people are audiophile here

Shiiit. He touched the driver! You could see Mark pause and swallow for a second. :-)

I've touched a few times with no bad side effects. One of them did fail when i accidentally stuck my knee into one .. but i guess that would go for many/any drivers!

@@juststuff5216 it basically tinfoil plus. It doesn’t take any effort to dent or deform it. The second there is a dent the signature sound is changed.

@@Frisenette "The second there is a dented the signature sound is changed." Can you back that up with any measurable data?
@Frisenette
@Frisenette 3 года назад
@@juststuff5216 no but it’s common sense. A small dent might have a small impact. But small differences is what hifi is about.
