Marshmallow choco pie Recipe 

I made a cute bear choco pie.
It is a chewy cake with marshmallow inside.
[For 8 pieces]
✤ Ingredients
・70g Unsalted butter (brought to room temperature)
・120g Sugar
・3g Salt
・1 egg
・120g Cake flour
・50gCocoa powder
・120ml Milk
【marshmallow】
・ 5g Sheet gelatin
・ 60g Sugar
・ 50g Water
・ 50g Starch syrup
・Dark chocolate
・White chocolate
✤Oven 160℃(320℉)
・Please adjust the baking time according to the oven.
✤Be careful not to lower the temperature as much as possible, as the gelatin tends to harden. If it hardens, dissolve it in a hot water bath and mix it with a whipper.
