She’s a born-teacher. Not just throwing stuff in the pan and yapping. She comes at cooking from a chemist’s point of view. If you’re that inquisitive student who needs to know why a recipe is prepared in a set order, or why one ingredient is preferable to another, she’s your girl. Being a nerd in school ultimately came in very handy for Martha.

This was really weird to watch. No intention of showing the guest much respect. The whole segment was a joke. Can't believe this is public TV. I think I love it.
