Martin what I've realised from these lists is that people who follow you perform mostly functional and compound exercises as it's their top 10 choices which is amazing and shows that you're audience including me are listening and following your advice including your huge female audience. Also goes to show how calesthetics truly is amazing as you can build a great and functional physique for everyday life and for longevity

Heres mine: Smith machine bench Smith machine squat Seated calf raises Lying down cable flye Smith machine ohp Seated machine lateral raises Bicep curl machine. Seated chest press Seated machine row Tricep pushdown seated (I do all of these with a belt and wrist and knee straps)

to much for the back, alternating curls are worse than both at a time, nothing for triceps, and nothing for forearms

@@Editorwill_ Pullover hits the long head, while pushups will hit the lateral and medial to a degree. I chose alternating curls because of the increased motor unit recruitment and reduction regarding imbalances. Lastly, since forearms mainly consist of type 1 muscle fibers, it's more oriented towards endurance as opposed to hypertrophy. Regardless, pull-ups, hinges, and the curls mentioned will be a fine stimulus for the forearms

My all time 10 exercises and why : *- High bar squats* (great quad dominant exercise and its easy to load it with heavy weights) *- Heavy barbell Curls* (Great for heavily loading the biceps and its great for long term progressive overload) *- Incline Dumbbell Press* (Good for building the upper shelf of the pecs and you're able to bring to dumbbells in towards eachother for a harder contraction in the chest) *- Incline Dumbbell Flys* (Allows me to have a very deep stretch and gives me big chest pumps and i connect more with this exercise compared to a cable fly) *- Deficit Snatch Grip Deadlifts* (Works the entire posterior chain more since you're more bent over because of how wide you Grip the Barbell and the deficit allows you to hits my lower body more harder than conventional deadlifts) *- Ez bar Skullcrushers* (Loads the long head of the triceps heavily and it's great for long term progressive overload) *- Pendlay Rows* (My favourite back exercise because of the amount of weight you can use and it's good for building both strength and size in the entire back) *- Standing OHP* (Great for building cannonball shoulders and its better than lateral raises because it has more potential in terms of progressive overload and it will help getting your bench numbers up due to the carry over it has) *- Wide Grip Pullups* (Helps you to build a wider sweep in the lats and it is everyone's go-to exercise for building a bigger back because of how good it is) *- Facepulls* (Helps target the rear delts directly because it does not grow as well even though it gets worked in all pulling exercises and it is often the most neglected part of tge shoulder)

For me, it'd be: -Bulgarian split squats -Deadlifts -Hip Thrusts -Pullups -Dumbbell bench press -Barbell military press -Dips -Chinups -Dumbbell row -Farmers' carries it's a shame that I couldn't find space for lateral raises, incline bench press, back squats, RDLs, lunges and more barbell exercises but it is what it is, this would probably be the best

seated exercises may not produce functionality but it has its own place as it will isolate the muscle you’re targeting more than standing. Standing is great for overloading and stability but see to it that both has their own meaning. Not to mention you also do an incline curl during your pull workout in dubai. AND BTW I DO BOTH STANDING AND SEATED in different days.

I don’t think I can narrow it down to 10 perfectly but 1. High bar squats 2. Standing calf raise 3. Pec deck 4. Incline press (preferably in a smith) 5. Straight arm lat pressdowns 6. Underhand pull downs (love using them for bis after pre exhausting my lats) 7. Regular style deadlifts 8. Lateral raises 9. Tricep pressdowns with a straight bar 10. Bent over dumbbell flys, personally get more stimulus with those over the reverse pec decks.

Mine are 1. Squats 2. Benchpress 3. Deadlifts 4. Barbell Rows (Will also hit forearms well so i wont include forearm stuff) 5. Overhead Press Standing or Handstand pushups weighted since i like calisthenics. 6. Weighted Pullups 7. Traditional Bicep Curls With Barbell 8. Tricep Pushdowns with a bar. 9. Incline Dumbell Press 10. Lateral Raises with Dumbells + a dropset.

well here is my list. 1. Barbell Sqaut (no belt) 2. Bulgarian Split Squat 3. Military Press both dumbbell and barbell (no belt and no straps) 4. Lateral Raises (no belt, bruh) 5. Pull up (though I'm not at it yet and I can barely do 1 chin up, but I prefer it over the Lat Pulldown) 6. Deadlift (no belt as possible) 7. Bicep Curl (bruh) 8. Tricep Pull down 9. Bench Press both Dumbbell and Barbell (no belt, ofc. Also either incline or flat bench press) 10. Push Up (my bread and butter exercise) also some exercises like Military Press, and Lateral Raises must be standing up. I don't hit abs as much, so I have to hit the abs by doing those exercise standing up. Yeah I kinda feel the abs when doing those movements.

In no particular order 1. Bench press 2. Squat 3. Deadlift 4. Dips 5. Pull ups, I suck at them. 6. incline db bench 7. Db shoulder press, seated or standing doesn't bother me, I need to lower the weight for standing though 8. Hammer curls, I do standard curls and barbell curls, hammer are my favourite though. 9. I'll add lat raises only really do them at home 10. Between tricep pushdowns and a carry exercise I do pushdowns more frequently, carry exercises are similar to lat raises I only really do them at home, my gym doesn't have a lot of space to walk around with dumbbells.

I like the leg press because you can do one leg variations, which works stabilizing muscles, and can help balancing out uneven quads, as well training your ability to generate power while using only one leg

My top ten 1 Dumbbell Squats 2 Dumbbell Flat Bench Press 3 RDLS 4 Bulgarian Split Squats 5 Shoulder Press 6 Bent over dumbbell rows 7 Standing bicep curls 8 Face Pulls 9 Cable Lateral Raises 10 Farmer Carries I have to go to Planet Fitness due to circumstances. So that's why I have so many dumbbell exercises, plus I refuse to use the Smith machine. I would add pullups but I still can't do them :(

My 10: 1. Deadlift 2. Squat 3. Bench Press 4. Incline Bench Press 5. Standing Overhead Press 6. Barbell Bicep Curls 7. Push-Ups 8. Pull-Ups 9. Romanian Deadlifts 10. Bulgarian Split Squats But at the end of the day narrowing it down to 10 excerisses is almost impossible. There is so much variety in lifting and fitness that simply put you'd struggle to narrow the list to even 30.

You train lower chest shoulders and triceps really well with dips. So don't need to isolate them
