why is a crossover a problem.He said that the s cross is not suv enough but for some people a crossover makes more sense as it gives them the driving presence of a suv and the handling of a sedan.

owned across zeta varient and buyed couple of months back. I really like the car .I like to add some pros and cons Pros 1.Very spacious cabin 2.value of money car.. and complete and unique cross over in this range 3.superior inbuild quality 4.very good infotainment system and 6 speakers. 5.Good alloy wheels,16 inch radius and 215 mm thick.. good Tyre size 6.Good suspension even in dull roads 7.cruise control 8.. Maintenance cost is cheaper compared to the coimpitators Conc or suggestions 1.Rear ac vent(very much needed) 2.Sun blind all the glass panels 3.Little more powerful engine reqd....at least 130 Bhp engine is adequate 4Addon features like sunroof, 5. Require a new steering wheel and switches should be more premium ,not copy from cheap Suzuki products.. 6.Seats comfort need get improvise like extra cushion, greater width,height,thigh support etc 7.Most modern Digitalized speedometer,tachometer etc 8. Add one more battery like in ciaz which will reduce consumption of fuel

And the camera work too....this is the best camera work i have seen in the auto car india ....... Credits to the camera man too

I got this car in 10.50 on road zeta model in november 2017. By today’s standard It’s an absolute 💎. It has clocked 1L km till now.

Disappointed to see maruti not bringing fresh and more powerful engines. It's repeatedly using same engine it's like changing the Tiffin box but food remaining same..

I remember seeing this as sx4-cross and it had a way better engine capacity and also came with a panoramic sun roof which gave a bright airy feel to the cabin. And obviously a bigger inch wheel.

if i will buy s cross zeta then i will be able to change the halogens projector lamps to led projector lamp which is used in alpha variants?

if you have experienced the 1.6-litre diesel - called the DDiS 320 - in the S-Cross, the 1.3-litre must seem like it will be very sluggish and under-powered on paper. But, the on-road truth is, it is anything but that. Thumb the start button (we were driving the top-end Alpha variant) and crank the engine, and it settles down to a steady thrum at about 900 rpm. Accelerating slowly and steadily gives us an idea about the amount of low-end torque there is to work with.

I stopped the video the moment you told the car comes only in only 1.3l engines.

Its absolutely bonkers that they ditched the 1.6. If they had offered the 1.6 with a CVT, it was a sure shot winner.. This one here i dont think it will do well..

Wht is the price

The price difference between 1,3 and 1,6 was 3 lac Rupees when launched as 1,6 was import. So those buying Maruti did not go for 1,6. Then maruti dropped the prices afterwards. But still Maruti is considered as small and family car mostly.

Well I am using this car since a year now and its a wonderful car. The ride quality is just awesome. No complains about the power even. It feels really premium in the inside. Much better than creta.Dont know why so many hate maruti cars

Much much better than Vitara Breeza regarding pick up which is almost 11.16 seconds 0-100 and fuel efficiency of more than 20 kmps per litre at the speed of about 110 kmps and about 27 kmps at the speed of 80 kmps. Leg room, wheel base of 2600 and boot space of 353 liters is the best in this segment. Suspension is full of joy even at crumpped roads. Stability is superb even at 170 or 180 kmps of speed with disc Brakes on all four wheels. Best car in this segment.

An CVT Automatic Alpha with Petrol Engine could have given good competition to Creta petrol At least. A Diesel AMT with 1.3 could have brought some excitement.

It's sad that the 1.6 has been pulled out. But that model didn't sell too well, most people purchased the 1.3 for some silly reason 🤔. Depressing to see less power than an i20 for a car competing in a higher category 😢

i20 active 1.4 S mid variant is more value for money and cheaper than S-Cross Zeta. Features cost a lot in S-Cross especially no alloys in Sigma and Delta variants.

Hows the suspension on bad roads, is it stiff or soft and body roll on corners. What new features we do get in this car than previous generation s-cross and is anything removed than engine.

maruti doesn't share flagship features on its cars.For example- there are different grills on all the cars

I think 1.3 diesel is going to be present till 2050. Congratulations buyer's for getting larger tin box than Swift. Yeah for sure, pay some extra money for the same tin box which is definitely going to rattle after some kms on it.🤑🤑🤑🤑🚗🔥

With this engine option its a looser. Maruti should have worked on a 1.2l or 1.4l k series turbo charged engine with this launch.

They should have given a 1.6 litre option. This car is now removed from our list of options to buy.
