I made the matcha pudding today from your recipe. It was very delicious! For sure I will make more and share more with my friends. I also tried powderd suger on top of the pudding and that gave a little extra sweetness to it so if someone is not a fan of the bitter taste I recommend that instead of using pre-sweetend matcha powder or more suger into the mix. I like both versions. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this and loooooved it. I added peppermint tea to the milk beforehand and strained, then followed the directions. I think this might be a 2 days a week thing.

If we want double the yield do we just double the ingredients

I live in germany and have no idea where to get (relatively cheap) matcha powder. I looked everywhere. If someone knows where to get it, would be nice to know! :)

There is no instruction on the amount of ingredients...???
