Battery compatibility is concerning-No other brands seem to work. Tail cap gasket seems to bind while screwing on and off. Often creating failures after charging/changing batteries. I think a lot of thought went into the light….. Still needs some bugs worked out!
So I put my Switchback on my new MCH, then I noticed the spacer and really fine o-ring still sitting in the package. Guess that spacer isn't needed on the MCH. Then I notices the upper really thin o-ring was getting stuck on the edge of the tail cap and getting pushed down on top of the bottom main o-ring when screwing down the tail cap. Finally got the bottom edge of the Switchback to not catch on it. Any tip on how to remove the switchback from the tail cap because it seems like now it's permanently attached to the tailcap
Mine keeps getting loose and I don't know why. The light was just sitting around, not even in my pocket. There should be a battery jack like in the REIN...
Is the full size MCH compatible with the Thyrm 2.0? It doesn’t seem to want to play well with the o-rings. Especially the bottom one. Do I not need that bottom o-ring?
Just got my brand new MCH HC DF 2.0 and it stopped working normal after 2 minutes of use. Flickering and only going to ultra low mode. Bang on the tailcap and it sometimes go back to full power. If I unscrew the tailcap to the edge of falling off it then turns on in high but when screwing it in again it just goes back to a 1 lumen ultra low mode and is stuck there. Most expensive light I've ever bought. I got over 50 different flashlights, no other flashlight has yet had any problems. Only the Cloud Defensive light.
