Resepi Halal Mee Hokkien
2 pack mee kuning jenis besar ( dicuci dan dibilas dengan air untuk hilangkan kapur)
10 pcs bawang putih dicincang
Udang dan sotong
Boleh guna isi ayam atau lembu jika suka
Fishball dan fiscake
Sawi hijau
Cendawan
1 sudu besar serbuk pati ayam
1 sudu besar serbuk pati ikan bilis
1 sudu besar serbuk lada sulah
1 sudu tepung jagung ( dibancuh dengan 1/2 cawan air)
Bahan sos campuran
3 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar minyak bijan
4-5 sudu besar kicap pekat hitam
1 sudu besar kicap cair
2 sudu besar gula perang
Cara penyediaan
Goreng sekejap udang dan sotong dan ketepikan
Dalam minyak sama, tumis bawang putih. Masukkan fishball dan tambah air
Masukkan serbuk pati ayam dan pati ikan bilis
Biar mendidih dan masukkan mee kuning. Masak sekejap
Masukkan bahan canpuran sos dan kacau rata
Jika tak cukup gelap boleh tambah kicap pekat hitam
Akhir sekali masukkan sayur dan cendawan. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung supaya kuah pekat.
Halal Hokkien Mee Recipe
2 packs of big yellow noodles (washed and rinsed with water to remove excess oil and boric acid)
10 pcs chopped garlic
Shrimps and squids
You can use chicken or beef if you like
Fishball and fiscake
Green mustard
Mushrooms
1 tablespoon chicken starch powder
1 tablespoon anchovy powder
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 1/2 cup water)
Premix sauce ingredients
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4-5 tablespoons of thick dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation
Fry the shrimp and squid for a while and set aside.
Using the same oil, saute the garlic. Add fishball and add water
Add chicken stock powder and anchovy stock
Bring to a boil and add the yellow noodles. Cook for a while.
Add the sauce mixture and stir well. Add water if needed to soften the noodles
If it is not dark enough, you can add dark soy sauce
Finally add the vegetables and mushrooms. Add the cornflour mixture to make the gravy thick.
