This case never added up.they still have no idea who the gun belongs to,several DNA samples found on the gun,tory DNA sample was inconclusive, he was the pnly one DNA tested with the total of 4 people in the car,2 had gun residue on their hands ,what would be tory's motive? The gun was found under the front passenger seat which meg,tory and kelsey all was in at one point that night,the 2 women were fighting eachother right before the incident, tons of lies,inaccuracies, changing stories before and at trial,fragments lost,all the headlines first read shot in the foot that changed to both feet,shot from backseat changet to front seat,all 3 key witnesses changed their stories on the stand and yet they got to BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT.

Its known that megan was asked to leave the party because shes an uncontrollable drunk, there has been too many people that says she’s a person that cant hold her liquor. Her and kelsey start fighting because she finds out tory was smashing kelsey, kelsey grabs the gun as megan leaves the vehicle and shoots at her. Its crazy how the story went from megan saying idk who shot me, then after tory lanes team put out the statement to clear his name, never said anything bad about megan, to all of a sudden megan jumps on IG live and says tory shot me, its all seemed, as if she told to say that, megan knows that kelsey shot at her but theres other people involved in this case that has the money and the power to do whatever they choose, thats why megan is now parading around like the hero, and Tory is sitting in a cell, and kelsey had to sign paperwork to not run her mouth

Your incomplete Criminal Justice education has absolutely nothing to do with anything. My legal education in having completed crimilaw courses and other law classes tells me that a witness testified to FACTS. Then there’s the FACT that Tory IS a FELON! As a felon HE was in possession of a gun, that is a crime and a violation of his felon status. Next, as a felon he also discharged that loaded weapon multiple times to scare his victim. Fragments from that firearm were in her foot. In a law class you should have learned that bullets EXPLODE and FRAGMENT more often than not. If he was shoot at the ground saying dance btxh then it’s highly likely his criminal actions caused her injuries. Again, he shot that gun as a felon and a witness testified to that FACT. Therefore, it can legally be assumed that he intentionally tried to scare and harm Megan with the illegally possessed gun. Your criminal justice education should’ve highlighted that all of it is a CRIME!!! The law is not about feelings is about proving your case beyond doubt on either side. Tory’s attorneys failed to do their job and prove he didn’t fire a weapon and the only thing that could’ve proved it is video evidence. Bullet fragments being in Megan’s feet proves a weapon was fired in her direction. So your "criminal justice" education should have highlighted the FACTS of the case as in what the case was based on over your personal biases and assumptions.

@kendallalexander5152 Hmm? I wasn't a lawyer or a juror. He had GSR on his hands. Both the defense and the prosecution acknowledged this. The defense said that he got it from shooting. The prosecution said that he could have been fighting with Kelsey for the gun while she was shooting, and that's how it got there. DNA was what was inconclusive.
