I’ve had this ride on my list for a while and I finally did it today! I love the rides with circuits or supersets because they go SO fast!! I’m almost to my two year anniversary with my spin bike and your workouts - just under 2000 miles!!! Thanks for creating such great content!

This was my second live ride (although i didn’t make it in time for the live)! I was able to keep the pace all the way to the end. I have been doing two of your beginner rides during the week, and live rides on the weekends. Two weeks in and I already feel stronger. It’s either that or I’m burning out my felt brake pad on my Yosuda bike😳🙄🤣. I hope you feel better soon, and way to show up Kaleigh! Appreciate your positivity, and your light! Okay so I have been doing les mills for years but since they don't include rpm in the "basic" membership anymore I've been looking for new videos. I found my way to yours today and I can never go back. The fact that you guide with the gears and approx rpm is what always frustrated me about les mills, "2 turns" what does that mean!! 😂 you have a new subscriber now that was an awesome class. Wow wow wow ... Holy macaroni that was intense ... Fun but intense ... Had fun playing around with my resistance, and what was previously an 8 is now a 6 / 7 (dependant on how I want to push myself!) ... Yay for small strength and endurance wins!

I have been doing your 30 min rides between 5 and 7 days a week since mid May - all from seated position and they are amazing. This was my first 45 min ride and it was amazing!!
