Fangios assessment of the team is on point. Under his leadership the defense improved in almost every category. So now we let the players run the team because hes a disciplinarian? Fangio did a great job despite KEY injuries. I missed something, Tyreek played both ways? What position on defense did he play? Always works out well when the players dictate team policy.

Could it be that the Dolphins are using Fangs as a scapegoat?. It wouldn't be the first time Ross, Grier, etc have thrown somebody under the bus. Some of the losses late in the season were winnable games if not for McDaniel"s horrible play calling and time management.
Sounds reasonable , but when then injury bug hit us in the last 4-5 weeks of the season, it really didnt matter who was coaching. losing your top three pass rushers makes all the difference in the world. I dont know if he had zero patience with the Apples of the world, bottom line is he didnt get it done.
I believe the front office should have had the fortitude to see the end game with Fangio who is 65 years old. Now apparently we have players posting stuff on Instagram or whatever and it just looks dysfunctional again. This is just my opinion. Nevertheless continuity is so big in the NFL. And we saw that with our offensive line this year before the injuries they were solid. Nevertheless hopefully they can sign a good DC regardless they're going to have to learn another new scheme. And I love the brine Flores system I really did. In some ways I wish they would have kept the Bowyer.
Look into the reasons why and it might make a little more sense to your brain. Multiple players not even on Miami anymore have talked about how horrible Flores was to play for. Vic never even wanted to be in Miami, he came for the money

So some of the dolphins defense of players don't have the right attachments between their legs period now we know why they folded period they're defense was testicly better compared to last year which means Vic did his job.
You are 100 % correct, Dolphins defense got increasingly better as the season progressed but when they got smacked in the mouth they laid down like little bitches

Like 11 wins this year, could have been 12 if vic could stop a rookie QB with less than 3 min. left in the game but lets them score 2 TD`S & 2 point conv. at lest know what your talking about and not just a HATER!!
This dude was not a good coordinator. I dont blame the guys for wanting to play a different style. His style was weak. He would blitz get results then go right back to bend dont break. He sucks period!
Miami players are soft. Happy to have Fangio on the Eagles to get back to being a top 10 defense. Maybe we can trade our soft players like Bradberry to Miami 😂 since they love excuses and crying. Not everyone likes their boss. This stuff always happens with the Dolphins because our leadership is soft. Grier puts in these soft coaches, and when one cones along who is tough, they are gone. When you leave the Dolphins on bad terms, I swear the team releases all this negative info.
Playing better with injuries? You mean like when X got injured and Eli apple allowed td after td for every offense he played against? Or when the pass rushers were injured and mahomes had enough time to file his taxes before passing? That’s definitely such an improvement.
