A teaspoon of BBQ sauce or ketchup or even some honey mixed with mustard will help also go for a chicken soup so at least u can add salsa in it to kick up some flavor some broccoli peas n carrots wrapped in romaine lettuce will give that great feeling c'mon man invest in a cook like me who can diet but make ur food look and taste like you ain't missing anything!

Yeah a pinch of salt or a dollop of dressing would just completely bloat you up, lose all definition and turn you into a complete slob.....

+Joe Davola assuming you're being sarcastic, the leaner you are, the less it takes to regress; the body tries to maintain a certain level of body fat and water, the lower you drop it, the harder it fights to return to "baseline". The result is that increases in sodium and/or caloric intake that wouldn't change a "normal" person's physique at all, makes a noticeable negative difference in someone who is much leaner, with the effects amplified more the leaner they are

Prime Maybe in regular substantial doses but a pinch of salt, pepper cumin or any other spices for that matter would do little to nothing.....Actors exaggerate the difficulties and blandness of their diets to give the impression they are making huge sacrifices and doing it tough so the audience will marvel at their efforts. I'll never forget Hugh Jackman commenting that getting up at 4am to train for Wolverine was such a mission and he had to remind himself 'what it is all for' to persevere. I would think a multi million dollar pay packet was good reason enough since many 9 to 5 plebs go to the gym at that time anyway....

Joe Davola+ I agree, maybe I have blessed genetics, but salt or sugar isn't really going to do much so long as you work it off. I feel like a lot of actors exaggerate too, observe Jeff from Athlean X...a man who has a wide variety of foods included in his die...and the dude is LEAN af. So I don't think a pinch of salt is going to do much. Also in most studies, salt and Sugar are VERY nutritious for you...and being lean 24/7 isn't the *best* idea health wise.

You actually don't burn as much working out as common believe... Science have shown, 2 groups of people, eating the exact same thing, 1 group working out for hours at a gym, the other group, cleaned their home, the home cleaning group lost more calories, because you actually move more efficently... It was in one of the BBC Documentaries about "The Truth About Food" People are literally wasting their time at a gym, instead of enjoying Nature, taking a small run if anything, because 3 hours of workout etc, is not what we were designed for, and it is putting too much stress on our hearts, causing us to get old too fast! 30 Minutes a day is fine, but that is about it, which is why it is so retarded, when people do Marathons!

Your kidding right? This is not "faked as hell" as you say, watch his training video where works out about 4 hours a day and he says that eats all 70% protein (all foods that have parents) salt, sugar, fat & taste free. So, I dunno what your on about, thinking like a zombie I think you are lol
