Tyson's critics often say whenever he came up against "resistance" he gave up and that just isn't true,you only have to watch his fights with Ribalta,Tucker and the two Ruddock fights to see that, and even in his first two defeats against Douglas and Holyfield 1 he didn't stop fighting he didn't give up. He was a great champion that was bigger than the sport.

The fact that he knew when to quit in his later fights shows he’s smarter than a lot of boxers imo. It’s important to know when you just need to walk away from some things.

His footwork, weight shifting, momentum and hip rotation etc are all natural to him now at this point. Cus insight in training him and Tysons hard work really cemented

The trust that has to exist with these pad guys and Tyson's pin point accuracy and speed and power is phenomenal... He also must have been the most difficult boxer to try and prepare for as an opponent just as must be Tyson Fury...

Poetry in motion there was nothing better than n watching a tyson fight nobody excited us more in the heavyweight division with cus by his side and rooney in his corner it was just a win win tyson in my opinion was the greatest heavyweight on the planet no one came close to him from 85 to 89 he told everyone to come get some no one did till they knew he was finished we will never see this class again and the heavyweight division became dead after 89 can we go back in time😢

Maldito fue el.dia que despidio a kevin rooney. Ese si era un gran entrenador que conocia muy bien a Tyson. Fue despedirlo y su carrera comenzo en picado. No esquibaba igual, lento, se dejaba abrazar con frecuencia y un largo etc etc. Menos estatura lo tenia todo. Si hubiera seguido con rooney este hombre se hubiera retirado invicto

Holyfield studied Tyson’s Torso movements days on end. He figured out how to block those deadly shots. Tyson was so frustrated in being ineffective, he decided to bite his ear off. Historical.
