I've cooked this 4-5 times now. The sauce is so tasty and succulent. I actually substituted with chicken a couple of times and it was great. It has become a favorite in our household. Maangchi, you are amazing and you need to open a restaurant, hopefully near me.

Maangchi, I met you somewhere around 2007-2008 at a Toronto meetup, in a Korean restaurant on Bloor St. Since then, school and work have taken over my life and I barely have time to cook anymore. But from time to time I see your new videos pop up - I am so happy you are still doing this, and I love that you are still taking over the internet! Today is my day off, I think you've inspired me to make some Korean food. Please keep spreading your passion for Korean food. You make us all very hungry late at night, but you have such infectiously happy energy that we forgive you. :)
