That was awsome. I had some problems with my left body parts as i felt a warm light travel through my body. I felt warm and light, but i couldn t make me feel heavy. My screen was empty. I had no thoughts. I had no association with the candle picture. I couldn t make me feel heavy the second time either. I didn t want to:). Obviously i liked the floating more.this was my first time , thank you that was awesome❤
Hi friend!! Thank you so much for your comment and for sharing you experience of this class. It sounds like you had a really fantastic experience and I hope that the feelings of relaxation stayed with you long after you did this meditation!!
@@PowerforParkinsons Thank you Nadine for your timely response. If you dont mind, can you recomend specifically some of the exercises for stress and depression, so I'll repeat them frequently. I love your presentations and I do my best to perform them as per your instructions. I live in an apartment building so as far as listening to the surrounding sound it is practicaly imposible. In my room I hear only the sound of A/C.
@@mosheofer Hi Moshe, in terms of exercises for stress I would try focussing on your breathing specifically. Lengthen your exhale so that it is longer than your inhale. So inhale for the count of 3 and exhale for the count of 4 or 5. This will encourage your nervous system to calm down which will decrease your blood pressure, heart rate and release tension in your muscles. I like visualisation meditations to help with depression, for example, visualise yourself in your favourite place and really paint the scene in your mind for yourself to settle into and find a sense of ease and joy in. These are both good ideas for videos for me to create for participants in the future to target stress and depression so thank you Moshe. I will work to create these videos for you and our participants!!
