Made these for my boys this morning and they were delicious! Hopefully next time I can get mine to look ultra mini and cute like yours! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for your sweet comment. Sometimes you might need to add few extra spoons of flour to make the batter thicker. It helps to control the dough flow. 💓
I excluded the sour cream as I didn’t have substitutes and I also used butter and it was a bit too dry, I had to add milk and made it a bit runny but still held a decent shape while being far more flat than seen here. Nevertheless, my son loves them, unfortunately I didn’t have syrup so I put peanut butter on a couple and he took a couple and put em together like a PB&J and was loving it! Nothing like a semi-new food that he’s somewhat helped create. This wouldn’t have been practical if they were fluffy like in the video, what a heartwarming moment derived from a mistake🥰 Thanks for the upload! ❤
Yes. Plain yogurt, Greek yogurt or even kefir. But make sure batter consistency is thick enough. When you pipe them onto the pan they should hold shape. 🥰
Best if served fresh. If you can make them 1-2 hours in advanced. You can refrigerate them and warm them up but that can damage the texture because they might stick to the plate and to each other when cold.
Plain yogurt, Greek yogurt or even kefir. But if replacing look at the texture of the batter. If too runny- the pancakes won’t hold share so add more flour.
