Every Ump should be required to have a body cam. That way we know what is said and how it is said. If the action does not warrant an ejection, the ump should have his next day behind homeplate skipped. after 3 instances, there should be a dock in pay and or suspension.

I wish you guys added some replays or video that helped put some of these in context or validate some of them. Some of them are quick cuts and a bit more video would help.

I don't understand all the hate against the umpires. I'm not really into baseball, but I enjoy a few clips like these from time to time. It seems the players wouldn't get thrown out as much if they would have some dignity and integrity, and just play the game. There are too many players with fragile egos in this clip, and I'm glad they're getting thrown out for refusing to play baseball at a baseball game, or doing something stupid like arguing calls. The 4:55 clip is an exception where I agree the ump is just being a baby. If the pitcher broke the rules somehow, then just toss him out. 5:31 is a perfect example of what I'm annoyed with. Just... shut up and play, or listen to it and play. You can do both. You don't have to stop the game to cry at each other.

I know umpires get yelled at a lot throughout a game (I’m an umpire myself), but unless a player or coach is being aggressive or getting in your face, there is no reason to throw them out. These umpires want to show how “tough” they are by “not taking crap from anyone,” and they abuse their power by tossing people for very minor things. They’re affecting the outcome of the game when they do this, and it really ticks me off bc the number 1 job of an umpire is to call the game fairly and not influence the outcome.

You can't argue balls and strikes on the field and not expect to get tossed. Doing so and getting tossed unless your replacement is a better player or you're not having a good game doesn't help your team.

This person needs to work on their editing. Leaving out the context makes some of these clips very confusing. I’d rather see a ten minute video where everything relevant is shown instead of an eight minute video where important things are edited out. I’ve noticed this with a lot of your videos, so figured I’d offer a suggestion for improvement. Show the entire play. Show what leads to the issue/ejection. This one change would lead to many more likes leading to more views and likes.

Why do umpires feel like it's okay to move towards the player. These are grown men. Yes, you are in charge of the game. You can say what you need to say to them without moving towards their face as if you are trying to intimidate them. People don't pay to see umpires. If the player moves towards you that's one thing but an umpire should never get in a players face and think they are not going to say anything back. Maybe that's why he is doing that to give himself an excuse to kick someone out.
