Warm up- 10 minutes cardio
Mobility:
Table top hip circles × 6 per side
Worlds greatest stretch × 4 per side
Deep squat to torso rotation × 6 squats
Core:
Medball overhead sit ups × 20
Med ball Russian twist × 20 per side
High plank med ball roll through x 10 per side
Low plank hold × 30 seconds
X 3 rounds
Activation lower body:
Med ball adduction squat × 12
Single leg glute bridge × 12 per side
Lunge split squat x 12 per side with 12 second hold at the bottom
X 2 rounds
Low impact strength:
Kettlebell sumo squat × 12
Dumbbell RDL x 12
Dumbbell alternating reverse lunges × 12 per side
Kettlebell goblet squat × 12
X3 rounds
