I’m so happy to see you here friend. Yes, the SCM actually surprised me. It’s the one module I really enjoyed from the batch of 3. I haven’t found something I liked for shuffling as much as this.
I’m an electronics geek and I don’t have a modular system (WHY NOT?), but I know how to make circuits like these two modules and I think they’re extremely helpful to making new sounds.
These were the some of the first modules I got, before I really had a clue what I was doing, just because they looked useful, and they sure are. Still using them constantly a few years later.
The RCD was such an important module that added a lot to my patches and was one of my better purchases. I’m now excitedly waiting for a SCM in the mail.
Great video! I love videos about utilities, most videos are about that shiny new sequencer or sampler. You won’t have much fun with a rack full of just sequencing and sampling.lol
Well this was timely. Been looking at either a multiplier or a divider for my rack. I use Pam's New Workout for too many other things than to just waste it on clocks, and my Pulsar is really just for my drum modules ATM. Do you use these for any other not-so-obvious purposes?

If it is an artistic choice to some end in your videos and not unintentional by all means continue, people like me can always turn on mono and communicating information in novel ways is almost always innovative and interesting so if that's what it is than props to ya!
In the video you say you've had these modules for years but in the disclaimer in the description you say that 4ms sent you them a few months ago which is confusing. I'm not against manufacturers providing YT influencers with modules and this content is useful but this could be clearer. Cheers.
"Shuffling ..." "broken triplets" yes! "the pocket" no! The Pocket is when the rhythm section (usually drummer and bass guitarist) are LOCKED TOGETHER no matter what the subdivision is. Cheers! :)
