Just a quick note for future viewers, most auto parts stores will let you borrow their ball joint removal kit, which includes the sockets for both the small and large Mopar ball joints.
What size are your wheels and drums? I have the 5x4 inch small bolt pattern. It looks like you do too. On their website it says not recommended for rims with 9 inch drums and that’s what I have but it looks similar to yours. I have a 1968 Dodge Dart 270 slant six.
I have 15" rallye wheels with large bolt pattern that I'm putting on. I'm guessing that if you use 14" wheels, you might not have space inside them for the calipers.
I've had them for probably 20 years, so not sure where those specific ones came from. I just checked and Rock auto has them for $7-$20 depending on manufacturer. I just looked up a 70 dart, suspension, alignment cam. The Moog part number is K8243A and is a pair.
