Hi I love your relaxing exercises. My goals are to recover from bursa Injury and get stronger while losing weight. I'd like to become a very Holy Nun. Working for the community of people and animals needing rescuing. My priest says I'm not going to become a nun. But if it's God's Will? ❤❤❤ hope and be peaceful. Perfect exercise for the morning, although Finley's not keen. He prefers to sleep all day. Because they are short, which is an advantage, these exercises can also be done in a break from other activities, throughout the day. Thank you, Meg, for the workout.💛
