@@swiftie.1989. Any time when bloating gets too hard to handle, I just do it and the bloating goes down. U don't have to do it every day just when bloating hurts a lot, 🤗

I have had trouble bloating due to a new job that’s nightshift (look 4 months pregnant by the morning) only done it once so not sure what it has done for that but I definitely feel a diffence In my back think this is going to be beneficial to me in more one ways than one 🤞
