Ah Devi ... just what I needed today! Such a lovely practice. I love the sequence. Thank you for listing the sequence in your description ... it helps me decide whether or not to practice this particular sequence on a particular day. There is something about your practices that generally leave me with that deliciously "yoga'd" feeling & today was no exception! with much gratitude ... namaste
I now prefer to do half frog on my right side instead of half butterfly. And I do only crossed legs instead of shoelace but found out more stretch in the hips by moving towards the knees. Thx😍🤩😍
