My 6 year old has been joining me for my daily 10 mins of yoga. At the end of each video he asks for another! He was excited to do a longer video today and even asked if you do a 24 hour class🤣. We love your videos! Thanks!
My word-intention today is self-respect. Yesterday I didn't get enough sleep, ate wrong, and was tired and weak. So thank you for your help, Kassandra! I needed this. It feels like I woke up again, but with new strength and energy.

A book every Yoga Teacher must have!!This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks.Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my first trimester has been very challenging in terms of nausea and fatigue so exercise has been out of the question. Even a walk to the supermarket has felt like running a marathon. I had one goal only today and that was to finally complete a yoga video again on RU-vid. I've followed your channel for years and I modified this session, and most importantly, I hung in there and completed it! Thanks for all that you do!
Me too, I'm due 9/20/21!!! Same with the symptoms, I've been doing the 10min classes at night to help me sleep but this was my first 30 min morning!! I feel so great! Good luck with your pregnancy
@@mcsharron429 That's lovely, congratulations mama! I'm due on the 16th of September with a little girl! (Did the NIPT test to find out gender this early). I can't do anything first thing in the morning as the nausea is still quite strong, but did this sometime after lunch. I wish you all the best with your pregnancy as well!
First trimesters are notoriously difficult for many mothers. Take it easy 😊 it may may get better when you move to the second and third tri where you will have more energy to move around and exercise.
I discovered you four years ago at the start of the pandemic and I've been with you ever since. Sometimes I want something short, sometimes a bit longer, sometimes work my neck and shoulders, sometimes my back - I can always find something. I am so grateful to you for bringing your yoga practice to us. Thank you.

I am a flexible 71 years old and live in the United Kingdom. I enjoy your stretches very much I also do a lot of your ten minutes stretches as we travel a lot in a motor home and it’s works for me 🙏🏽

Today I chose the word "peace". 😊 And something interesting happened. Yoga helps me manage my lower back - hip pain and when in pigeon pose, while I was breathing and releasing the tension, I thanked my hips and back for carrying all the mental weight, and now it's time that we release it...as I was saying it, I started crying...it was such a deep emotional release that caught me by surprise. Thank you for this practice. You are such a great example!
I started doing yoga two weeks ago and this is my longest session yet! Thank you for making this so accessible, this is amazing for my lower back pain and mental health. My word for today is brave, today is scary but I can do it :)
Omg Kassandra…the final pose…that neck stretch brought tears . I’ve had emotional releases due to yoga poses before, but that one just opened up a sea of emotions. I’ve been having neck pain because of sitting at the desk and I guess my sleeping position, and I typically do a similar stretch, but I think that one was just the right amount of deep! So glad I chose this video this morning. AND I’m close to square pose! I’ve been working on my hip flexibility for years, and it’s finally showing! I was still upright, but getting my shin close to on top of the other was accomplishment enough today. My word for today was kindness…I had a frustrating moment this morning, but I chose kindness ultimately because I needed to be kind to myself for a bit so I could remain kind to others for the remainder of the day ❤

Ive done this practice several times now and the words that come to me at the end of practice are always: love, compassion, empathy, kindness, calm, etc. Thank you for this practice, its so soothing!
I've tried so many different online yoga classes and Ive decided yours are my go to classes and now all I ever do. I love them. You are the right mix of knowledgeable and friendly and your instruction is soooo good we don't really have to look at the screen. Congrats on your big following. You really deserve it. Tks so much. Had a bit of sore muscles today so wanted a rest day from working out. This was just perfect to relax my muscles and still feel like I did something. My word for today is patience.
