these goofy little cars are actually quite common in the Netherlands (mostly for the elderly and disabled). one guy at the store near my school always managed to double park handicap spots in that thing which is kind of impressive
@@annameowwwwwwthey are often a good 10k if you want to get a new one. The people who use them are either elderly people or people who don't have a driving license. They have a top speed of 45km/h which makes them extremely annoying to encounter in traffic
@@s1q213 No those are not the same, at least not the ones I've seen, those are essentially "brommers" with 4 wheels but they have a combustion engine in them, this thing is both slimmer, has smaller wheels, and has an electric engine, it also looks flimsier. If I had to guess it's more of a "scootmobiel" with some plastic bodywork on it, those can go fast on let's say a sidewalk but not 45 kmh, still slow enough to catch up with on foot
