I am 15 about 5 foot 5 and weight 142 pounds on bmi im obese and very unfit do you think i would be able to lose weight with just weight lifting and also put on muscle?

Good for you bro… and you realize I teach and coach mostly beginner to intermediate exercise enthusiasts? My content is mostly instructional and not just recorded to show people what I can do. You can come visit Clearwater Florida anytime and visit the Compound for a real workout 😉💪🏻
