Coach Chris Wilson shows you 7 of his favorite variations of the amazing BEAR CRAWL. As far as bodyweight exercises go, the bear crawl is at the top of the list for most muscle activation and overall benefit to the body. This movement pattern is primal and helps to reset the body while also challenging the muscles from head to toe.
Do one, some or all of these bear crawl exercises in a workout. The more you do them, the better you get... being strong with just your bodyweight will serve you very well as you get up in age.
