Years ago as an English teacher in KS, i found a qigong book in tbe little town's public library. It was totally about The Swimming Dragon, with photos. I've been doing Swimming Dragon daily now for 3 decades. It's more full-body than this, big figure- 8 gestures, hips going one way, head turned the other, prayer- hands pressed & leading the way, deep bends to do figure 8s. Thanks!
I had a little difficulty keeping up with the overhead movements, but altogether, this was a good exercise for my waist at the lower back, where I usually feel stiffness. Thar means more practice is necessary. Thanks much!
You have exercises to heal the psoas and the inner ear (hyper sensitive). a little stressed, if I'm nervous I lose my balance a lot or only by staying on end. One day I woke up after a long period under stress and the crystals in my inner ear came out, for 3 years I have been suffering from this... I see that your inner ear is working very well!
