I think CJ has gained a new level of confidence by driving the grizzly, at the 11 minute mark I have never seen her try and work in a Mud hole like that ....good job

+quaddingsous hahahaha I actually wasn't feeling the greatest on this ride but when the camera panned my way, I had to give a little pose! I am not allowed to sing anymore, but no one said anything about dancing!! lol You know, there is actually another "rock house" that we found on our very first visit to Gold Rock but I don't think it has ever made it to a video and we have never been back to that area since. Maybe next time. The tiger tail has had about 5 more extractions since this video, a very handy accessory! Thanks for stopping by for a look.

This is awesome, you guys have such great trails to ride up there. I live near London, ON and its really hard to find places to ride unless theyre part of the OFATV trail system. Either way, all your vids are great, keep it up! GRIIZZZZLLLAAAYYYYY!!!

Finally got to use your tiger tail!!! I've used mine a couple of times but I was afraid to shock mine too hard but you weren't lol. I just rolled mine to the end and then pinned it so it wouldn't take a shock load!!

+Derek Adams This was our first ride with the Tiger Tail and it probably was a bit of an "abrupt" pull...we were still getting used to it. Having said that....took it like a trooper! Thanks for watching.

Good little ride but muddy for you Cubbee. Would have put some fender flare long time ago, like I told you lol. Those tiger tail look like they are working great. Look like Ck is having fun she's laughing often. Here to it is a bad year for trail/ blown tree and overgrown, but we love nature good or bad. Nice video.

+cubbeezx i gathered c: i sorta tracked down the general area where this video took place on google maps but am still amazed by all the beautiful vegetation. Personally i would want more than anything to just be able to ride in such an environment freely without the hassle but all in good time.

A short but labour intensive/tedious ride in the August heat and humidity, what a summer this year eh guys? The Beast was very beastly and even moreso with the Tiger Tail. I sure prefer the other 3 seasons for quadding, perfect weather for it right now.

Hey Cubbee/CK ! Good video, you got the Beast Muddy ! haha seemed like the Lift/tires really helped you ! I love that tiger tail, I think I'm going to get one for my bike too ! That was a really nice boiler, too bad it's just out rotting in the woods, and the stone foundation was sweet ! Sure wish I could go for a ride with you guys, but it would be like a 10-15 hour drive haha I'm going to check out "Lappe Man" YT, I haven't heard of him before. thanks for sharing !

+Maritimer It was nice to have more clearance and the Mega Mayhems really did a good job in the muddy sections! The Tiger Tail is a great accessory...we've used it everytime we've gone out for a ride LOL We had explored Gold Rock before but didn't know about the boiler...amazing what you can find in the bush LOL Lappe Man has some great adventures..he's fearless! Yeah, we kind of live in the middle of nowhere...but makes for some great ATV adventures. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!

Saw this today and realized we never replied...sorry about that! Can Am is good...getting the check engine light though but it goes out shortly after I ride it...checked battery voltage/speed sensor...have to get the code read I guess!

Hiya Cubbee!!! Great videos. I do have a question, Do you ever go ride with someone that has a UTV "like a Polaris RZR for example"? I had a Sportsman 570 but traded it in for a RZR and ride with family at various places here in the U.S.. Well I was just curious if you rode with UTVs also, because it would be nice to see you and CK ride with one sometime.

Hello from Canada! Thanks for subscribing to our channel. We have a great time out exploring on our ATV's. We use SENA bluetooth helmet communicators and couldn't imagine riding now without them. We have a Garmin Virb Action camera running all the time in case an animal jumps out in front of us. We have nicknamed it the 'bear cam'....in case we catch a bear LOL

When we put the bigger tires on the Grizz we did a shim mod to the clutch, but that is it. Our Grizz could always wheelie right from stock. Grizzlaaaaaay!!!!

Both are great ATV's..the Can Am wins on power and the power steering is awesome. The Grizzly wins on the comfy ride and reliability (not that the Can Am isn't reliable but we don't have near as many miles on it).

I want to ask cubbee a question: How does the boom mike on the intercom that you and ck use attach to the helmet? Does it use double sided tape to tape it to the outside of the helmet or can it be attached to the inside of the helmet? Thanks for the info if you get this question.

+Richard Mincks HI Richard. The microphone plugs into the actual SENA headset. The headset comes with a boom mic or a tiny "button" type mic. We then "stuff" the button mic into the foam in the front/side of the helmet...the boom mic works stuffed in or out..(sometimes needs more foam though to not get any wind noise). +Alex Collins We use a pressure washer to get the big stuff off, and then we spray them with the "secret sauce" LOL. Here is a link to CK's review when we tried out the line of 1.7 Cleaning Solutions ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OXqRapfszU8.html Lately we've been using Meguiars Tire Shine for the secret sauce..helps protect them and make them shiny but does attract the dust!

+Alex Collins Main thing is make sure you wash them after ever ride, don't let the mud sit on the plastic, it will end up scratching it, and a good detailer helps too, Armorall, 1.7 Cleaning Solutions like cub bee said and I've even heard of people using Pledge ! haha I think Cubbee might even have a video on that too but maybe it was someone else.

+Josh Evans We are using the SENA SMH10's in this video with the SENA Audio backpack to record our conversations. We will be testing the 10C's shortly which have the built in camera...so far every SENA product we've tested has been great!

Cubs, what are the two gadgets on your handlebars? The brake side is an orange thing, which im guessing is a GPS or 2 way radio? or GPS/2way combo? but what is the white gadget on your throttle side?

The orange thing is a GPS ..Garmin 62 S and the white gadget is a Garmin Virb Elite action camera. We've nicknamed it the bear cam...we leave it on for the ride in case a bear jumps out in front of us LOL

hahaha is it just your outty that has the Bear Cam? The other ATV your wife rides (Yamaha Grizzly?) Appears to have only one gadget on it. Is that a GPS as well, or is that something to do with how you two are able to talk to each other?

Yes we only have 1 Bear cam. What you see on CK's Grizzly is a SPOT ..it lets viewers track our ride on a map but more importantly if we ever were in an emergency you push a button and help will come! Great device to carry as often no cell coverage where we ride. Check it out at www.findmespot.com

How do people get in and out of those camps when snow is three feet deep? across the frozen lakes?

Usually everyone parks at the main road and then rides ATV/SXS to the camps...winter and summer. You could come across the lake in the winter, but it would be a lot of lake running.

Congratulations on your ATV purchase. CK's Kodiak is a 2011 and has never had any problems. Great ATV that is very reliable! Very stable and good on the trails too.

hey cubbeezx I just bought a gps and was wunder where to down load maps for it like the ones you and ck use but for alberta I am wanting back roads of alberta for a bike trip me and a few friends are going to do we are planing like a 400 mile bike trip all of us will be pulling home built trailers
