Been watching a long time now. Not sure what's better between Sam always yelling at Astro, the gardeners or garbage men. Max and Sam doing their back and forth shenanigans every now and again. Chance being his gorgeous self. Sam always knicking himself with a knife. Watching that Evo WORK. Or watching yet ANOTHER chapter in the munchies book....its all always so great. Thanksgiving leftover burrito is always my favorite. I use turkey, mashed potato, stuffing, REAL cranberry sauce from boiled cranberries, bacon, and cheddar cheese. After twisting your burro up, toss it on the comal / skillet until crispy & bobs your auntie! 😍🍗🌯🥓🧀

Not only Italians. Across the world outside the US, Christmas is the holiday for leftovers. My family usually makes enough food for 3x the number of people we expect over on Christmas.

Turkey dinner leftovers are culinary GOLD! On the occasional year when I am not hosting or supplying the food and cooking at another place, given that I live alone, I make it a tradition to buy myself a half smallish turkey from which I can usually get a full traditional dinner and also 4-5 or even 6 meals made with leftovers. (SEVEN if you count a turkey broth vegetable soup!)

One of my thanksgiving leftover meals is to chop up turkey, and mix it with leftover stuffing, and a little gravy. Then, you form that into a ball, and then put a layer of mashed potatoes over the outside (think scotch egg, with the egg being the turkey/stuffing mix, and the potatoes being the sausage). Dip that in egg, then roll in panko, and deep fry it.

Where I live , in Saskatchewan Canada, we eat the same meal at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Turkey, potatoes, stuffing or dressing, carrots, peas, salad, buns, cranberry, gravy and pie.

I pre ordered the intentional leftover book.My daughter has been waiting since it arrived for the Thanksgiving recipes! She wrote " Sam page 120" on the chalkboard in my kitchen, Guess I know what Im doing Friday. Thanks Sam, keep up the good work. Happy Thanksgiving.

Got a recipe a couple of years ago to make sliders out of Thanksgiving leftovers. Start with a Hawaiian roll then add dressing/stuffing, cranberry sauce, turkey or ham, mashed or sweet potatoes, or whatever. With or without gravy, your choice. Soo good.

After seeing this Thanksgiving night, I, along with my sons, immediately went into the kitchen to make the fried stuffing/potato cake with the poached egg. OFF THE WALL CRAZY GOOD! We couldn't stop oooing and ahhhing after every bite. Will definitely be making the other recipes as they all looked amazing. Thanks for sprucing up, what would have been, boring leftovers! you can grease a muffin pan, then put leftover stuffing/dressing in each muffin spot, then add some beaten egg on top of each one and whatever seasoning you want, bake it and u got stuffin muffins

Your Twice Baked Potato episode inspired me to experiment with one using Thanksgiving leftovers: Turkey, gravy, stuffing, green beans (maybe), and topped with cranberry sauce and crispy onions right after the second bake. The good news is that the "filling" is already cooked, so once the potato is baked, it's almost done.

Ah, the beauty of the Mexican taco and tortilla is that you can make almost any leftover into something fresh and great. SO versatile and can be so easily freshened up from what it was. As for the stuffing balls, what a great idea! I'm going to do that but make a dipping sauce out of 75-25 mayo and horseradish with a couple dashes of soy, worcesteshire, and maybe dash of hot sauce.

Sam you should make pumpkin Ravioli for an episode. Never thought I’d like it until I had it, but it was amazing! Regular ravioli on the outside, pumpkin/Parmesan mixture on the inside. With a butter sauce. Delicious!
