You need to build a gym at Anabar headquarters. Kills two things privatize and a place that your employees can workout. A healthy employee is a productive employee.
I have a pretty decent home gym now, with multiple machines, but I got in the best shape of my life with nothing but adjustable dumbbells, an adjustable bench, some resistance bands and a dialed in diet. Diet and lifestyle > fancy equipment
That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I hate the gym especially where i live. It’s always crowded. Get my cardio in going around my neighborhood and lift at home.
I got that same bench. It’s really nice. With a pair of dumbbells, set of quality resistance bands and a bench you can pretty much do anything. Works for 90% of the population.
I’m just about healed from another surgery and I need to and can’t wait to go back to my gym. I’m in an apartment and there’s hardly anyone ever in there so I love it.
Finally - we have a home style gym. We have the treadmill, bench and weights, yoga mat for stretching and a yoga ball for abs and stretching too. Please give us some ideas for 4 times a week over 50. 😉 We do enjoy an Anabar Chocolate Wasted and Bussin Birthday Cake is on rotation now.
This is a great video. I’d add a pull up bar/dip station and resistance bands. You can get both for less than 200 bucks and add more exercises. At that point, for 600 bucks everyone could be in great shape
Being a single dad with my kid full time I never had time to leave to go to the gym so I built my own home gym for about the same $ got a bench, dumbbells, jump rope and a pull up/dip rack.. I have been using it for 5 years now and even tho my kid goes to school now I still prefer my own home gym
A good full body workout for dumbells and bench like this would be fire, I have these but there are too many things I don't know what to do or stick with. And depending on who you listen to ..cough athlean x cough.. you could be doing everything wrong
Spend some cash, you got a pretty big home too you could build yourself a pretty nice home gym. It becomes an addiction.Find a sponsor ,Make some videos about the build, get a hold of Coop from garage gym reviews.
gyms are a nightmare especially when trying to cancel a membership i use a home gym myself a bench a free weights is all you need and for cardio i walk and use an indoor exercise bike.
i have the powerblock 90s, a flybird adjustable bench, and the baseblocks big bar which is a great pullup bar you can do muscle ups on. i hang rings from them, too. and then i have many resistance bands. thats what i use and i dont need anything else.
I didn't have time for gym and didn't want to spend money on membership. So I invested in home gym. The first part of my gym was eztoned resistance setup which I love I got it for 200.00 and then I got an adjustable bench for 99.00 on Sale regularly at 140.00. Third was adjustable dumbells which was the most expensive as I got power block dumbells up to 100lbs 800.00 through Shop Pay just made payments Total was about 1,200 for my apartment homegym. I am thinking about getting a free standing pull up bar next
This guy is running out of ideas not that he had many in the first place lol. $40 or walk around the block/ up and down your house if it’s cold or rainy hahahaha
