This is the Volvo I had for a very short time, one run to be exact. It had some serious damage to the top of the sleeper I hadn't noticed until I ran into rain!! USX isn't getting any more Volvos unfortunately, they truly do have more room and driver comforts than the Petes and Freightliners. These Volvos had a 77" deep sleeper compared to the standard 60" on the aforementioned two and cabinets galore. Although I did use the top bunk for sleeping and left the table set up all the time, it was really hard to make your bed standing on the ladder; especially when changing your sheets and blanket. Also, I did miss all the under bunk storage I have in my Freightliner, (There are small storage spaces under each booth seat.) Each truck I've been in has unique likes and dislikes, it would be neat to take all the good attributes form each truck and create an entirely new truck....what would it be called?
